I ordered 2 pairs of overalls. What arrived is nothing like the online pictures. They are massive, print quality is awful, they are polyester and made in and shipped from China. I specifically ordered from this company because of their proudly Canadian boutique style brand - it is a total lie. So far I am 4 emails in without a hint of a refund. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the transaction based on fraudulent advertising.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the dresses I received.

I purchased four dresses and paid more than $50.00 for each one, so I expected the quality to be consistent with the price. Unfortunately, the quality of the dresses is terrible. The seams do not line up properly, and one of the sleeves is noticeably tighter than the other, which makes the dress look poorly made and uncomfortable to wear.

The quality of the fabric is also very poor and does not match what I would expect for the price I paid. The only positive thing I can say is that the dresses have a nice design, but the poor workmanship and low-quality material make it difficult to consider them worth the price.

They are not a Canadian company. They shipped my order from Asia. Took 3 weeks. The overalls I bought don't look like they did on the website, they look like bad quality drapes. They will not refund you unless you spend a ridiculous amout of money sending it back to Guangdong, China. They will only offer you a 30% refund and tell you to keep their low quality item. That's it though, nothing else. Save your money and do not order from them.

Ordered 2 pairs of overalls, both size L. I carefully consulted Northern Label's size guide and checked my measurements before ordering. One pair is comically over-sized and the other won't pull up over my hips. They are both made with very poor quality material. I ordered from NL because it claims to be a Canadian company. When I requested information on how to return these items, I was told I would have to pay $40 - $60 to return them by tracked mail *to China* or I could have a 20% discount. This company is a scam! Whoever is running it must be raking in the money, sending out garments that likely cost less than $5 to make, then not giving refunds! I will report to BC's Better Business Bureau as well - in case there is any way to stop this company from claiming to be based in Vancouver.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the overalls from this company. I paid for express shipping and ten days later they are still on transit. Now that I have read other people’s reviews I guess I’ll be using the item I purchased as paint rags. What a waste.

Fool me once. I usually check reviews. I ordered an upsize XL as I was unsure of size chart. It is the size of an extra small. This company is a total scam. Fabric and threading is so cheap. They should be shut down.

This is a scam company. No refund, bogus return address, email is a robot.

HORRIBLE horrible business. I ordered a flannel shacket and received a thin, printed design, plastic-feeling item that is too small, and smells absolutely horrible. PLEASE do not waste your money on this store. The returns have to be sent to China, and are costly.

I purchased a product and when I received it, it was not right in every way. After many emails back & forth trying to get a refund, they agreed to give me a 30% refund only. Its now one month and they still have not given the refund and now dont answer emails anymore. So I am out the money, the item (which is unwearable and I have thrown in the garbage) and the stress of the experience. They do not honour their 30 day refund policy nor the refund offer they makes. BEWARE when dealing with this company!

Do NOT order from this company!!! Terrible product. AND if you want to return .. they do not pay for shipping you do! I spent 250.00 and it will cost 600.00 to send back to China.

2 stars because the shipment arrived, and the shape and colour of the product were as advertised. But the "winter jacket" I ordered was shipped from China, arrived reaking of chemicles, and was nother more than a poorly-sewn, unlined zip hoody made of cheap synthetic fabric with a cheap puckering zipper. I am appauled at the gross misrepresentation of an unbelievably overpriced product.

This company sent the wrong size sandals. On requesting a refund (via email) I was asked to send a picture of the sandals to ensure that they were not damaged (they were not). I sent this and then received another email providing an offer but not a refund. I again requested a refund only and have still not heard from them. Perhaps they are waiting for the 30 day refund offer to expire. Beware of this company which is either a fraud or in business to rip people off.

Northern Fashions is a scam! The clothing is very poor quality. The seams are not straight and the fabric appears to be old and faded. Some of the fabric has a waxy coating that feels very odd. The sizing is very inconsistent. I ordered two shirts in size XL and they are vastly different. I received multiple items I did not order. The labels have an Asian language written on them. The labels are faded, barely visible and look very old. There are no washing instructions. One jacket I did not order has a “Jeep” logo that I am certain they do not have authorization to use. I am now battling with the company to return my order. They are being very difficult and asked for pictures of each item. They have now ceased contact. The company location is listed as Amsterdam, The Netherlands on the website, but the return address is in China. All 4 items I received had no tags, which I found odd. When I looked at the return policy, it states that tags must be attached. This seems like a prepared reason to deny refunds. I have also discovered that the Northern Fashions website states two different return policies. One states returns must be made in 14 days, and one states 30 days. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this website to not buy anything. It is definitely a scam!

I ordered a jacket from this company. I received the jacket but the jacket I received was not the jacket I ordered. They have customer satisfaction guarantee that provides a full refund when the product is returned at customers expense.
When I told them that legally they needed to either send the right product or provide a full refund and pay for the return of the product if they want it back they offered a 10% refund and I can keep the product. As I kept reminding them what their legal responsibility was, the 10% final offer increased to a 60% final offer. I have opened a claim with PayPal.

Beware of this company! Customer support telephone number on the website is "out of service" Received a vest that was far too small - customer service said "it must have been mislabeled" and repeatedly asked for pictures. Then said no refund until they got it back in "PERFECT" condition. Return address was in China so return postage with tracking is EXPENSIVE! They want you to keep their junk.
I just wanted to warn consumers what to expect.
