Friendly, professional staff, putting the customer first from the first time speaking to Auxillis on the day of the crash on 30th May to when the car was repaired and returned on 23rd June.

Very happy with car and service from this company,drop off and collection on time perfect.Only problem I had was login that required password and I hadn't registered. Easy mistake.

My car has been written off following TWO non fault claims in three days. I want my payout but I have been told I have to wait until I receive a cheque from the first of the third parties. I want to go and buy a replacement vehicle but I can't until I am paid. Why can't they pay me out direct?? I wrote to them asking for a response in 48 hours but have heard nothing. I don't want to drive around in a pale green mini!!

Be careful.
I Paid a premium to have a like for like courtesy car... had to make a non fault claim recently and these cretins refused to provide that like for like unless I signed a credit agreement and advised if they provided a car under my guarantee plus premium it would just be a standard car.
Credit agreement is out of the question as these people are know to come after you for payment if the other side refuse to pay.

Drop off and pickup were easy

High standard as far as the courtesy car went. "Northgate Insurance Services" liaise smoothly (both the garage repair and via my own car insurance).

This company, made a very difficult and stressful time, so much easier, by their help and professionalism. A hire car was organised in less than a day, and all other communication was done in a clear and caring manner. Staff were very understanding and informative.

Northgate were instructed by my insurance company to supply a courtesy car while ours was being repaired following an accident. An appropriate vehicle was delivered, SUV automatic. The hand over and collection took place seamlessly. The vehicle was spotless. A great experience.

Northgate (Auxillis) were very capable with respect to managing the repair of my car that was recently involved in a "no fault" accident. The only slight problem I had was that I had paid extra on my premium to have a like for like courtesy car while the repair was being underetaken. Auxillis tried telling me they were having difficulty sourcing a similar vehicle (BMW X7), which is unacceptable, as they had no problem taking my money! I. The end I got a large Land Rover discovery, which was quite acceptable. Apart from that, the service was first class.

When my car was in for repair my insurance sorted out getting hire car for me with i was only out with car for one days speedy service and kept informed until my car was repaired they came collect my car very good service

Was told by the my insurance to get hire car from them. Nothgate started a new investigation after I have given all info to my insurance. It was like a police interigation even though its not their business.
Mostly coz I am asian on the other end of a phone and not white. Very dispointed I their services and call handeling poor. Been calling them and they put you on hold and drop the line. Please avoid this compony as they as they sound fascist to non white.

Prompt delivery of a courtesy car to my home. Nice car 1 year old. Same good service when driver came to collect it. No hassle very straight forward experience.
