I ordered a dinner shirt for my husband and honestly I didn't expect much but was impressed. Experienced delay in shipment but Customer Service was very helpdful

Worst service ever experienced. Order item online, pay 50$ for the shirt, and when I received the item was different that was ordered. Now I asked to return the item they asked me to pay for the return.

I usually wear Medium and it's a little bit loose but still good if you want to layer

This was one of the most painful, negative online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the photo, it was way undersized to the point that I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t even fit a child. To make matters worse their “full return policy” meant I would have to pay $25 plus shipping materials to sent it back to them. Their offer of a “free” exchange was also subject to the ridiculous shipping and materials fee to the point that it didn’t even make sense to waste my time and effort to get the money back. The company is potentially a scam.

I ordered three shirts of the same size. Two were too big and boxy fitting and the third was so tight I looked likena stuffed sausage. I wanted to do a return for a refund, and the rep asked me to take photos to confirm the sizes of the shirts first, which I did. Then they told me I was on the hook for shipping and would have to pick a trackable option. That is very expensive shipping to China! In lieu of that, they offered a 20% discount and I could keep the shirts. That was not attractive to me because I have no use for the shirts. I expressed my displeasure, but they were not willing to budge, so I spent a fortune shipping it back for a refund. I will never buy from them again!

Shipping took forever, sizing is terrible (I ordered the same size shirt, one was too small and one was too big), and the quality of the product is garbage. I would never purchase from here again.

Got what I ordered and it's wearable but took forever to arrive and when I emailed asking about it I didnt hear back for days. The jacket itself is good just feels like they could be more organised with updates and responses instead of me having to us the track your order page.

The loaders are nice and decent quality but shipping took a bit longer than I had hoped.

Suit came within a reasonable time and quality was solid for the price. Fits well and looks like the photos. Would order again.

Low quality products and terrible customer service do not buy from this company.

This is a fraudulous company, stay away from purchasing anything on their website!
Falsely advertising quality garments thru pictures but what is actually shipped doesn't even match the item purchased.
Prior to purchase Ava Tremblay (which appears to be a false name) of the Customer Support Team confirmed the garment was made of 100% cotton.
What I received is 100% polyester.
When I complained they offered for me to either ship back the item to China at my own expense or get a 10% partial refund.
When I refused and answered that either they where going to offer me a full refund with them paying the shipping or a was going to open a transaction dispute on my Visa Credit Card they offered a 20% partial refund.
Went forward with the transaction dispute hoping in part that they will end up being black listed by Visa.
Note that my experience is exactly the same as Odette Jones and this appears to be this company's MO.

Ordered a suit - never again! Quality horrendous and sizing is out! Tried to return - I was going to have to foot the bill to return to China even though it says Canadian!!! Opted to get a 10% return of sale and keep the item - I will put the suit in the bin - not even worth giving it to someone! Disappointing experience!!!!

There was a shipping issue but support helped to handle it. The jacket is good.

I wish they had more products, the selection is a bit small.

Prefer this over big retailers such as Amazon or Aliexpress.
