Great experience. Massive thank you to the team (Victor, Seweryn, Lucas Dylan, Marcus, Mason and Luke) who over two days dealt with a complicated and potentially very stressful downsizing move for myself, my children and 3 pets. Their cheerfulness, professionalism and work ethic were clear to see throughout. An experienced and caring company - highly recommended!
My wife and I wanted a service that understood that we were moving our life of 16 years and that as busy professionals we would not be able to be as hands on as we would have liked. From the first phone call after our enquiry everything was professional and courteous. The home-visit (far better than a zoom call offered elsewhere) meant that we could talk through our property and where extra care was needed.
The quote was competitive and covered various versions of removal. We opted for them to pack/disassemble/deliver/reassemble. We were blown away once the moving process started.
They came for a pre-packing day and worked tirelessly and did most of the property and then on the moving day they sent an even larger team who were wonderful and funny at the same time. They double checked all special items, clarified any point and move everything with precision.
At the other end they put boxes in rooms as needed, reassembled furniture and kept everything clean and tidy even after the rain started pouring down mid-move.
I can't thank them enough for their work.

Excellent Service from all the team
I wish to especially thank Mason, Victor and Darryl for a seamless moving day. They were Professional, polite and happy at all times. Everything was transported efficiently and arrived without a single scratch or any damages. They built my new bed from flat pack, which I have to say is an extra service that Northstar offer, that for me was invaluable. I will without a doubt be using them again for my next move.

At every stage, from initial contact, survey, quotation, liaison, preparation, packing and removal of our belongings into secure storage they were courteous, considerate and attentive. North Star - 5 star plus
Denis should be very proud of his company. We moved a long distance from London to the Newcastle area over a 3 day period. All the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a difficult move run smoothly, from pre-arranging and booking prior to the move, packing, loading and delivering, the service we received was outstanding.
If it was possible we would rate them 5 star plus
