Northwest Guitars Opiniões

Great selection of items to fix or modify guitars. Everything I've ordered has been really good quality and been delivered promptly. I'll definitely use this company in the future.

I purchased a 3 pack of D'Addario XS acoustic strings. The price was excellent and they were delivered on time with no fuss. I will be making a larger order before I head back to Spain as I am converting all my metal string acoustic guitars to XS strings. They even threw in a String Winder for free !

Excellent service, quick dispatch & delivers.
Keep up the good work.

Good quality parts delivered promptly and at a reasonable price. Thank you Northwest Guitars.

Good prices, super fast delivery was the main reason for buying from Northwest Guitars as i needed the parts for a gig in 2 days. Item was delivered following day. Can't get much better than that. Just a good shop to deal with.

Great product, delivered quickly, excellent

I got exactly what I ordered and in good time

Good gear, delivered promptly

Super fast delivery time. These Tone-Rider jazz bass pick ups sound fabulous too.

Theirs was the lowest price for the item I was looking for. The purchasing process was straightforward and the delivery was very fast and very well packaged. It was my first order from NW Guitars and I will include them in future searches for my musical requirements.

I've always received top class service and products from Northwest Guitars. I would thoroughly recommend them any time.

I placed a pickup order and hadn't heard anything after a few days. Messaged to check for an update and had a call saying they hadn't placed the order so would process it and apologised. The postage was refunded. I wanted it for the Saturday by 15:00 so I could drop my guitar off with the pickups (this was when my tech guy finished work). I was advised it would be with me by 12:00 on Saturday. It wasn't and arrived later the afternoon. If you're not after anything in a rush then you're OK.

I made an error with a purchase and NWG very kindly and quickly help me resolve the matter and refunded me. Communications were excellent.

Great, knowledgeable, folks working at Northwest guitars - diagnosed the issue with my old guitar and carried out top quality repairs. Very quick and very reasonably priced service - thoroughly recommend them.

Well finished neck. Good fretwork. Truss rod works well. Seems good value for money. Definitely buy again!
