I have recently used Northwest Guitars for the first time, purchasing several components for a guitar build. I have to say that their products and service are excellent. I ended up returning one item (only because it was the wrong fit) and they refunded me with no questions. Fast, reliable and friendly service. I’ll be using them again for sure. Highly recommend.

Spray cans are very good. Got a lower quality can from another brand and boy was that a mistake. Northwest cans are way better and we're shipped super fast.

Fast delivery and excellent products

I haven’t received my order. It has been shipped back to the sender. I waited 14 days and still no order. It would be nice to review something I have received, but alas I sit here empty handed. This is the second time that I have ordered some thing from the UK only to be disappointed by not receiving my order and then having the order be sent back. The only thing that one can provide os compensation for future orders, but after such an experience why would I take the chance on using that coupon for a new order. Might as well just give me the money instead. Ever since your country left the EU it has only created more headaches with it’s fellow European business partners. I think this is the last time I ever order anything from the UK. It has only been one unsatisfactory transaction after another. If you live in the UK then order from here, if not try elsewhere.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I have spent a lot of money with them over the years, I just ordered a set of sprays can for a three colour sunburst and, as everybody knows the central colour is amber. They have not sent me any amber so I called them to explain. He said "have you tried it, tobacco brown is amber, what you have got is correct." I said that tobacco brown is not amber to which he immediately threw a load of verbal abuse at me telling me over and over that tobacco brown is amber. I was astonished and raised my voice to be heard explaining that I have spent a lot of money with them over the years to which he said he didn't care. The ignorant pig just raised his voice louder to shout over me non-stop. I said will you listen to me and he aggressively shouted 'no' and rambled on that he hasn't sent the wrong item then hung up on me. Appalling behaviour and for a company that sells paint he has no clue about colours. That is the last time that I order anything from them or recommend them.

The Classic 3-Colour Palette

I raised my voice because he started shouting down the phone at me and would not listen. You created this situation by losing your temper, even saying he didn't care that I was a good customer. All he had to say was well we always spray a dark brown in the centre of our sunbursts.

I have ordered a set of nut files for my bass guitars, whilst being a complete beginner on the subject, northwest guitars had a northwest guitars branded product in stock which they shipped very rapidly. I ordered a TUSQ nut, which as always arrived very quickly, unfortunately it wasn't the right size (learning point: always check the serial number of the part you're ordering). I returned it to Northwest Guitars and the refund appeared in my bank within a few days. No arguing or reluctance on the part of the shop, just the sort of customer service that makes them an example to the rest.

I ordered some pickguard screws. They screw in and they screw out. What’s not to like?

My second order from these guys.i ordered guitar parts on Monday evening and they arrived today- Wednesday ! Wow that’s great service by any standards.
I could get the same parts from a few other places such as Amazon but the problem is that several of the suppliers selling through Amazon are selling what they claim are CTS pots but they are sourcing them in china which is notorious for counterfeits of these things.
Northwesterns customer service extends to clearing up any questions ya have too.

I bought a P bass body to house my superb fender Aerodyne jazz bass neck. The finish, (routing, dimensions, finish and neck pocket) were exceptional, the neck fitted like a custom made glove. I had bought a cheaper and heavier body from a large scale online music store and whilst significantly cheaper was so poorly produced and finished I threw it away.

Quality of the products and speed of delivery are excellent. I've bought a few things from NW Guitars, tuning pegs, pickups, and luthier tools. They stock quality brands and having bought items from Amazon, the quality more than makes up for the price difference.

I purchased a Mustang replacement tremolo unit for my Squire off NorthwestGuitars after recomendation. It dropped straight in and fitted perfectly. I now have a tremolo on my Mustang that returns to pitch everytime I use it unlike the one that came fitted to my Squire. I was so close to giving up on this guitar as i have tried everything to try and get the fitted one to stay in tune. I have played for about 45years now so am not a novice guitarist, this one nearly beat me though!!.
Anyway Northwest Guitars have saved the day here. I would be more than happy to gig with this guitar now, in fact i cant put it down at the moment 😊
