AGV Guy Martin 3some helmet

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Went to a number of shops and tried numerous online but couldn't get my size, Andy first of all offered to order the different sized lining to fit me, then tried a bit more and managed to get the helmet in my size. Kept me constantly informed, helmet arrived today after paying yesterday, never know anyone/anywhere go to the lengths these guys have to get me what I want.

Waste of money

After purchasing a seat cowl one of the screws went missing, I have been chasing the spare part for over 18 months! Nobody wants to take responsibility and after sending several emails (as they requested) and plenty of phone calls they are just ignoring me. Shocking service considering they are the only one who makes the screws!

Scorpion Evo 2000 black white green

I purchased a Scorpion helmet in March which had a fault, I contacted the store, they said they would sort the matter out, as the helmet is covered under warranty, this was in march, still not sorted, very poor service, would not buy scorpion products again. I think I have been patient enough it is now end of June and still no contact, thanks guys!!!!!!!!!

Although it doesn't help your situation, it has come about due to some issues we've had lately and things are only just getting back to normal.

fast international shipping,ordered a …

fast international shipping,ordered a pan European top box to the US, after it shipped arrived in 3 days!, could have been packed better, was just in a box no packing material, the box was smashed in and had a hole, I thought it was going to be damaged on arrival, but luckily somehow it wasn't.

Alfonso, really sorry to hear the box it arrived in was damaged. Obviously this will have been done by our courier company and I will pass on the concerns.

The items will have come in to us exactly as you received them, so this has flagged up that we need to make sure our international parcels are packed to a standard we are happy with!

Easy online purchase

I needed new bike kit and looked around online and locally in shops and they were the best price with a good range. The order process was easy and delivery was very quick.
I highly recommend them 😀

Excellent service, competitive prices

Bought a full system Akrapovic Exhaust and Alpinestars leathers from NWMD. Quick delivery with tracking as well as quality products. They have very competitive prices as well so are now my go to online shop before I order anything.
