We were attended to by Mr Mike Williams who was very helpful and friendly without any pressure, so much so that when we visited again we asked for him, and he completed the sale to us very efficiently and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa very soon.

On a recent visit to Chester store we were served and advised by Joe Tudor He proved to be most helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase He allowed us plenty of time to test all beds and only accompanied us when requested Very pleased with his advice

We visited Stokers Chester after actually already chosing a sofa at another shop on the same retail park. We found a very similar sofa which Stokers were selling alot cheaper with the option of Interest free credit and free delivery (not an option offered at the other retailer!)
We were very impressed with Mike Williams, the sales person who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable without any pressure applied......So much so we revisited Stokers a few weeks later and sought out Mike to complete the purchase on a beautiful sofa. Once again he was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa in a few months time. Thank you Stokers and Mike. Hopefully, I will feel the need to write a post delivery 5* review once in receipt of our new sofa.......

I had a great experience purchasing furniture from Stokers in Chester. The salesperson, Peter Thackway was excellent, friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products, which made choosing the right piece much easier.

The delivery process was just as easy. The team was efficient, courteous, and handled everything with care. They even took away all the packaging, which was a huge help.

Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service provided by Joe Tudor. He patiently explained all the mattress options and made sure i tested every mattress suitable for my needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Joe Tudor, the sales executive was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and gave sound advise without being pushy. He then allowed us the time and space to make a decision on the mattress we wanted to purchase.

We have used Stokers in Chester before and have always found it to be excellent for both furniture and beds. We were looking for a corner sofa and the staff (Joe Tudor) have excellent knowledge of the various products on display and made good suggestions as to what would work best for us. There is a huge amount of choice and we’re able to make a selection and place an order. Would certainly recommend.

Scott Dupree has been amazing , I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I find it hard to make my mind up. Scott was a great help I was in and out of the store many times before we eventually ordered. Then when I got home I changed my mind about the sofa. I felt terrible ringing Scott once again but he was so reassuring and on my return I was very relieved to be greeted by the same friendly smile and his understanding manner. Many thanks once again. I will review again when I receive the furniture.

Having experienced excellent customer service previously, I was keen to see what Stokers had to replace two recliners that were no longer fit for purpose. Scott was an excellent assistant who did just that - assist! He listen carefully to my questions, offered a range of options, allowed time for me to consider what I wanted and he represented the company superbly. I happily went ahead to place an order in the full knowledge that he had helped and supported me in reaching the optimum outcome.

Stokers showroom has so much choice and is well laid out.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

We visited the Chester store on two separate occasions to shop for a new sofa. I was sceptical as I was concerned there could be pushy sales staff. But I have to say it was the complete opposite. Although we were approached, it was simply to offer assistance should we need it, certainly no hard sell. Scott was very knowledgeable about the fabric/leather options for the design we were interested in and suggested taking the sample book home, which we did. On our return to the store we ordered the sofa and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful. He confirmed everything in a clear and unhurried manner and was very polite and courteous throughout. Thank you Scott.
