I have never ordered something online that's been delivered in less than 24 hours. This was! Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I got emails regularly throughout the transaction and the luggage rack was packed securely. The rack itself is well made and good quality. Only slight issue is that you have to loosen the side fairings and gently pull them apart to drop the rack onto the bolt holes. But it's no big deal. Just undo the 2 bolts and GENTLY prise apart the plastic fairings half an inch or so. The rack then drops nicely onto the grab handles bolt holes. Job done in 10 minutes.

Just had to share my recent experience with this company, I had been trying to purchase one of these helmets since January, I had originally placed an order with a rival company but after many phone calls and no success plus the delivery date getting pushed back to April I started looking elsewhere, I came across North West Motorcycles Direct and rang them to see if they could help, they said they could and promised the helmet would be with me in 2 days, true to their word it arrived when they said with no issue.
I would recommend them to anybody, customer service is great and they deliver on their promises

I ordered a GIVI XS307 tank bag and 2 fixing rings late yesterday afternoon........and its on my doorstep at 09:30 this morning.

Great service, i wanted some toe-sliders for my (oldish) Alpinestars.. they sorted out which ones i needed,phoned me to say they had ordered them,& when i would get them.Next day they arrived!!!!! Excellent customer service.Will be using them again!
