Is it normal to be obsessed with staring at my windows and beautiful new doors every time I leave or approach my home!? Because that's what I do now!! We are absolutely over the moon with everything, from beginning to end nothing was too much bother or an issue for Norton Windows. Everyone I or my husband spoke to was professional, helpful and understanding of certain restrictions. When the day came to install, which was actually earlier than expected, I left the guys to it and was in and out running errands all day, I placed my trust in them all and I was not disappointed. As a lone female, all of lads made me feel comfortable in my own home whilst I was there. We arranged extras, such as plastering and additional lighting; I didn't know this was an option at first until we mentioned it at our initial meeting and I'm so glad we did! Our home is quite literally transformed, we get so many compliments on how wonderful it looks now, and I will forever recommend Norton Windows to anyone who will listen. They go above and beyond and I couldn't be any more grateful. Darren is wonderful, and both Kevs are fantastic but all the lads are an absolute credit to the company, if i could name them all I would!! Thank you so much, Norton Windows, for transforming my home, for being so accommodating and for making an anxious lady very comfortable. Thank you, we appreciate you!!

We found Norton Windows a very friendly company to deal with from getting a quote, to fitting our new replacement patio doors. All work was completed within 3 weeks of initial phone call and everything was left clean and tidy after the old doors were removed. We can highly recommend this firm.

Amazing service throughout. From measurement ( Darren) to fitting ( Steven ) the bathroom window, all was outstanding. Polite and respectful, professional, tidy and clean. When the window in the bathroom was fitted we were lacking the outside sill due to weather conditions , Steven walked the extra mile and fitted a very good looking exterior sill. God bless them for their hard work, we cannot thank them enough. Definitely will use again and recommend to everyone.

Norton Windows recently (16/09/25) fitted new windows and a door to my property. The finished job was excellent and the fitting team very professional throughout the task.The worksite was left clean and tidy.This is my second time using this company as they fitted my conservatory previously and we can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks to the 2 kevins and their team for yet again an excellent job to an excellent standard!

We moved into our house recently a 1966 build,it had double glazing fitted early 1980's so we upgraded and chose Norton windows.They renewed the front of house windows and upgraded our big front porch.The whole process was straightforward with honest pricing & design option explained in detail by Kev on initial visit. Timekeeping & phone responses excellent. The team who fitted the windows were amazing,clean & tidy.They were so good we returned to them to renew the rear of the house windows and conservatory windows.they will be getting done in about 10 to 12 weeks ? I always think that a returning customer speaks volumes thank you again

From start to finish great communication and experience

Recently had a new door and adjacent window installed. It wasn't a straight forward job at the old window frame and door were made from timber and we are modernizing the house in stages via pvc window frames and composite door. Work was completed on time and there was zero damage to the outside rendering or plastering on the Inside completely removing the need for any touchups after the new install. Very happy, would use again.
