I don't usually make recommendations on trades we've used as I always have extremely high expectations and am not always completely satisfied. However I have to make an exception in this case. We found Joel extremely courteous and helpful, the guys who carried out the job of installing our new roof have done a fabulous job. I can 100% recommend this company to anyone considering having roofing replacement done. As Alan Sugar would say to them "YOU'RE HIRED"

Excellent company
We would highly recommend Prime Glazing. We have had 12 Windows fitted perfectly to our specification.
The process from initially meeting Joel felt great from the beginning. After placing our order, we were told installation would take 2 to 3 days, in up to 8 weeks. Due to a cancellation, this all took place within a month and only took a day, due to an extra person being available.
After sales support was also excellent, we believed incorrectly that we had an issue. Tom was in touch checking the details in a helpful and supportive manner until I realised the problem.

Wow what a difference 2 x composite…
Wow what a difference 2 x composite doors and 2 x french doors in agagate grey absolutely stunning, great Company to deal , nothing too much trouble, would recommend, just had a very competitive price for facias and gutters so can’t wait to complete the project, thanks Joel for your help

Amazing new windows and dream front door !
After a chance knock from Adam who owns the company with partner Joel and was in our area fitting windows to neighbours. Adam enquired if we were thinking of getting windows ? I did say maybe in the future possibly next year. Adam felt we may be surprised at the price especially as getting money back from old windows being recycled.
I agreed to a no obligation follow up app from the company with Joel coming to discuss what we would be looking at prices?
I was super surprised at the low cost especially including a new front door and it being a stable door that we had always dreamt of having but always thought would be way out our price range.
Joel happily came back to discuss figures and colour we would like to chose. After settling and agreeing on price and possible dates to be fitted a fellow team member came to measure up.
Writhin weeks after deciding a date that suited us the windows & door was fitted all in one day, the guys that fitted were lovely and decent who cleaned up before they left.
The job was then followed up by a call from Joel to check we were happy with everything? We are delighted. Adam also called as was passing and in our area and he also ensured we are happy with everything and the service.
I have already recommended the company to a friend as their work, customer service and team members are absolutely top notch. Thank you Prine Glazing and your team so so happy x

New windows and doors for old farm cottage
Great company to deal with and really pleased with final results. Thanks Joel, Tom and the team.
Very quick turn round for quotes and the numerous small changes required to make sure it was compliant with the grant.
Always replied to email or phone call quickly if not straight away and kept us informed on next steps all the way through the process.
Difficult job as had to work around roofers but the final results were worth it.
Highly recommend and have already passed on feedback to a friend who needs new windows.

Prime Glazing are excellent!

Joel from the start was fantastic he went through everything in detail and had me booked in. The lads who turned up were professional and hard working, I was having 3, doors and 9 windows put in and they did it in 2, days, they cleaned up as they went and even rendered after fitting the windows . I would highly recommend Prime Glazing as they are good value and great service, thanks for all your work, the windows and doors look amazing.

Adam came out talked us through are options was very helpful in are choice of design. The fitters turned up on the day arranged on time and did a fantastic job on fitting are windows and were very friendly. Once finished they cleaned up and left everywhere tidy and clean. Will definitely have them back to do are extension doors and windows.

Prime Glazing
Prime Glazing are a local, family run, business. I could see the quality of their work from their presence on properties in the road where I live, and I wasn’t disappointed when my windows were installed. All works carried out as promised and all rubbish cleared away. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Superb quality patio doors and service.
From start to finish Prime Glazing have been superb. Their customer service is second to none. Easily 10/10.
All the advisors, fitters and surveyors have been incredible. Very professional and always showed up on time.
Our new porch doors and windows are of excellent quality and have made a a real difference both with warmth and noise. We’ve already booked them again. Thank you.
