​I had a great experience getting the help I needed. The entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward from start to finish.
​The customer service is top-notch, and I truly felt I could trust them to handle my situation in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a team that is reliable and helpful, I highly recommend them!

Excellent service

Excellent service, 15 min process, advisor very good, explained everything clearly and ket me askmlots of questions. Very impressed.

Brilliant service from Ryan

Called up and spoke to Ryan on Monday and was accepted the same day.
He was even able to hold of on the application for 2 days to help me with the best payday due date for repayments.
He was quick in getting back to me and couldn’t ask for better service.

I lost my son recently and asked NT for…

I lost my son recently and asked NT for a 1 month payment break to assist with the funeral expenses and the headstone cost, 1 month, they apparently don't do payment breaks, I can miss a payment and go into a no contact contract but they will contact credit reference agencies to say I've missed a payment, not the best given my circumstances.
