Nostalgia Opiniões

From choosing our fireplace surround from their website to it's arrival at our house, everything was organised and carried out in a professional manner.
Prior to purchase, Nick sent me a detailed video outlining the renovation plan to include repairing a broken decorative section, followed by cleaning and polishing of the marble.
Nostalgia organised delivery, and the surround was driven down to us in Cornwall by a very helpful gentleman with the broadest of Scottish accents!
On seeing the finished article it looked amazing. Many of the pre-renovation marks and blemishes were gone and I could not even detect the repair, it was that good!
Thank you Nick and Nostalgia. I am one very happy customer.

antique holophane pendant lamp, great service, lovely item, very pleased.

Excellent service, great fireplace ... a real pleasure to be a customer of Nostalgia

I just received my fire surround from Nostalgia, it is beautiful and of really good quality, I can’t stop looking at it! The entire process was really smooth and without any issues, Nick was great, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend Nostalgia to anyone who is looking for high quality products and professional service.

Beautiful Fire Surround - All done online, but the product is first rate and matches the photographs. Would recommend.

A pleasure to deal with Nick. Responsive, polite and professional. The bench I bought was at a great price and the delivery was first rate with good communications throughout. Will happily does business with Nick in future.

Awesome service from Nostaglia restoring our antique fireplaces into stunning ones. These fireplaces were badly damaged and in need of serious attention we are so thrilled with the end result. Nick and his team are efficient, extremely knowledgeable and reliable I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The extensive showroom has some of the most beautiful antique fireplaces I have ever seen, go see for yourself :-)

Our fireplace was delivered within a week, and was in good condition and true to its photo. Nostalgia UK communicated promptly and helpfully through the purchasing and delivery process.

Fantastic choice available, well organised, loads of knowledge and advice.
Easy to deal with and kept up to date at all times.
Had a small accident with one item which was rapidly resolved.

Nick has been fantastic to deal with throughout, from our time in the showroom to excellent delivery service to our home.

Excellent customer service, great knowledge and can do attitude. A pleasure to deal with and an absolute Gent too!

Keep it up

Excellent service and really happy with our fireplace!

Recently bought a beautiful marble fire surround from Nostalgia. Extremely happy with the purchase- it looks even better in person than the online pictures! Carefully restored to a very good standard and Nostalgia were even able to cut the back edge of the fire surround to make it suitable for fitting to our chimney breast. Lots of helpful advice on how best to install. Prompt delivery. 100% would recommend! 😊

I bought antique fireplaces from Nostalgia having researched quite a bit online. They had a great choice at very competitive prices. Their website was very clear with great photos and exact measurements. I felt that I was in safe hands. Nick, the owner, was really helpful with advice over the phone as I couldn't travel to the showroom. The fireplaces arrived exactly when they were supposed to, and having bought 5, each bit for each separate fireplace was labelled clearly. This I thought was brilliant service. I am really happy with my purchases, and I would definitely recommend.

Extensive choice of fireplaces at good prices. Lovely people to deal with. All round pleasant experience.

Excellent service, quick delivery, fireplace was very well packed, fire place was exactly as described.

I just wanted to say what a fabulous fireplace we took delivery of this afternoon.

It's truly beautiful and will make a great focal point in our living room.

Big thanks to your Driver today. A very cheerful guy.

Great service all round

I could not recommend the Nostalgia UK company highly enough. Over the past year I have made several enquiries, on each occasion their response has been immediate. Eventually I did manage to find the most perfect reclaimed cast iron fireplace, for a property I am renovating, where I had size restrictions. The service I received during the post Christmas period was outstanding. Many thanks indeed.

A very smooth purchase.
The email discussion was easy, with a very knowledgeable seller, and the items lived up to their description and photos.
Will gladly buy from again.

We are very happy with our purchase of the beautiful Victorian marble fireplace. I was very nervous about what it would be like in the flesh, after only seeing pictures of it on the internet, but I needn’t have worried. It is even better than described. It will be the perfect centre piece for our drawing room. Thanks so much and we will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.
