Nourishy made the process of freeze-drying my breastmilk so easy. I was on a tight timeline ahead of an overseas trip and Nourishy were communicative and FAST! They even checked in with me via WhatsApp to let me know once my milk had arrived with a picture to show it had remained frozen throughout transit, giving me incredible peace of mind. Would recommend this service to any breastfeeding mum!

Amazing service! Cass was in constant communication and I received updates through the entire process. The drop-off service was super easy and I am very happy with the final product! I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Such a fantastic idea. The regular updates on how the milk is moving through the drying process is great. Breastfeeding has been such an emotional and special part of my first motherhood journey and being able to keep a portion of my milk to nurture my baby longer is so sentimental. Fantastic idea that I’ve been telling anyone who will listen about!

We dropped off our milk and the process was smooth. We got emails throughout the process so we knew how it was going. The final packaging is very nice!

Nourishy is amazing! They had excellent customer service and incredible people who really care about their customers. I was very happy with my milk powder and the quality of the packaging and nutritional analysis. My little bub chugged it down.

When breastmilk only is able to live in the freezer for a few months and there is a way with freeze-drying to actually preserve the precious milky up to 3 years… it’s better than magic!

The process was super easy and very clear, from the arrival of the specially designed shipping coolers (it doesn’t use ice!) to all the updates you get along the way in emails and even their actual team is super responsive and. Love that they have developed a unique approach to ensures the milk is never directly handled and that all our procedures are super sterile! Even the packaging complies with packaging regulations for infant food set by Australian regulatory authorities!

Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling, wanting to free up freezer space or wanting to drop breastfeeding after a few months but still wanting to keep up the golden drink as an opinion!

(I am currently travelling in Japan and it has been super helpful to have that extra milk during the flight and also on the first days!)

This is such an amazing valuable service with the best team. I’ve placed two orders with Nourishy. The first was a small batch of my milk to see how my Bub would take the bottle (and they had no concerns, guzzling it down). The second was a huge shipment of my frozen supply to help clear space in my deep freezer whilst I continued on my pumping journey.
The nourishy team were quick and responsive to all my communications and updated me about my milk each step of the way. As I live in regional NSW they found multiple options for couriers and clearly gave me the options and costs.
As an exclusively pumping mum and an oversupplier this has been a god send. I’ve been able to free up space in my freezer whilst keeping my EBM for my Bub. It’s also made going out and about easier as now I can just take a bottle of water and mix it with my powdered EBM as I need instead of worrying about temperatures of the milk, how long it’s been out of the fridge, how to heat up my milk on the go etc. I find for my powdered milk that the bottle has got to be on the warmer side for it dissolve without clumps but then Bub just drinks it like every other bottle (after it’s cooled down a moment). Definitely will be telling everyone about this and putting in more orders as I need to!

Every step of the way the team at nourishy were so helpful and accommodating, my milk was picked up from Perth WA and even with a small delay tanks to fedex my milk was still well under 0degrees the rest of the process was easy and stress free with nourishys step by step tracking system.

First of all, I have to say that this is such an amazing idea! It gives so much more versatility and flexibility to feeding a baby, and even better, the shelf life has now been extended to 3 years! I got my frozen breastmilk stash freeze dried by Nourishy and I’m very happy with the process and what I’ve received. I have so many good things to say! I loved meeting Cass & Dean when I dropped my milk off, they’re both lovely. Gorgeous packaging. I was able to track the progress which was great. Very high attention to detail I think, which I appreciate. I’m sure I’ll not only be recommending this to other breastfeeding mamas, but doing it myself again. Thank you!

The team were all so lovely and informative, efficiently answering every question I had. Communication was exceptional. I loved the constant updates and service. We proved that moving milk internationally is a lot easier than you would think. I will definitely be doing future milk runs to Nourishy!

Nourishy has saved my life! I have a freezer FULL of milk and now I am able to use every last bit of it without it going to waste with the 3 year life span ! Mums do yourself a favour and freeze dry your precious milk!
