I came across this on an Instagram ad. I swiped up and read all the testimonials. I did my first switch for gas and electricity and it was easier than any switch I’ve done before…I literally did nothing, it was all taken care of and all I had to do was give the go ahead. Couldn’t recommend this company more (and I have done to all my friends)… they make everything so easy. With just one message to Nous via WhatsApp, they had my broadband switched over in no time and did all the organising for me, saving me almost £30 on my broadband. They have done the same with my gas/electric. Super helpful and excellent customer service. Thanks for making things a little easier!

Hmmm Nous... so they have been helpful in securing deals and they have set it all up for me which was helpful... unfortunately they set up payments from the wrong bank account, having never asked what bank account I wanted my bills paid out of, causing me a major headache I've still not had time to fix. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of what they are doing and changing if I dont have time to check in. Overall, apart from the bank account screw up, I'd say it was a good service. They just need to get more input and consent from the user in order to function well
