Made of cheap materials

I got it from a Groupon coupon. It was a piece of junk and it is not worth the price. It is a necklace for a Christmas occasion, it is made of plastic pearl ornate with red, and green rhinestones. Very cheap materials. It is embarrassing to give this to anyone.

It is a scam, zero customer service

I have written to their support email address on more than one occasion and have had zero response. I have tried calling their number. Its just rings with no answer. To me it is a scam. I received a necklace meant for a child not a woman. I am unable to get any response on how to return the merchandise. I do not know a little girl to gift it to. I have had no problems with prior purchases before the pandemic so I trusted them this year. Never again.

I needed something that will help me…

I needed something that will help me pull off an outfit for a formal event when I came across Novadab! I saw their analog watches and it is beautiful! I definitely got to have it and I did!

Thanks to Novadab and PowerBuy, I got my item in a lesser price! I just clicked the purple button upon checkout, shared the item to my friends through social media and got a lesser price for the item! That simple!

You should try it too! It's amazing.

Bird Cage Essential Oil Necklace

Glamourous Princess Crown Watch and Heart-go-crazy Valentine Pendant

I ordered a White Glamourous Princess Crown Watch and a Heart-go-crazy Valentine Pendant described as Material - Zinc Alloy, Resin rhinestones RED glass gem. I received a Aqua colored watch and a pink glass necklace. I called spoke with Garry he was very nice. They sent me another aqua colored watch (no charge), they did not send me a red necklace. So now I have two aqua colored watches and one pink necklace. I asked for a refund and they said they would be happy to give me the refund on the items, but not the $ 5.88 in freight that I paid to get the product to me. They shipped me one wrong item and the other was not as described. They wanted me to pay to ship it back to them. So that I could get a refund on the items only. Bad Customer Service. I expressed, I wanted a full refund (items and freight). And they needed to give me return postage.
Before the conversation ended Garry hung up on me. Not a good way to do business.

I placed another order with them for two watches. One was the right watch the other was not what I ordered. Again called them. They did send me the correct watch.

Two orders, two bad experiences. I will not be using them again.

I would put zero stars if i could

I would put zero stars if i could. They suck. I ordered in June maybe 15 pieces...some jewelry a couple pairs of sunglasses and a purse. They send me a USPS shipping number. I see its been at the post office for a month..now month's lol. Hasnt moved since June. I call...send emails. They made me do their job trying to find the pkg (which is no whr to be found) then said oh well thrs nthg we can do. Thr was no pkg and no goods lol I said well i want my money bk and the guy goes no we cant do that we shipped ur stuff already. I said yes but the post office doesnt have that tracking number or plg. The guy goes thats not our problem.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL. THEY ARE HORRIBLE & ITS A FAKE SITE. THEY STEAL UR MONEY!!! RUN!!!! ✌

They suck, terrible customer service and do not honour any order, i placed an order in February and sent several email to them, now its October and i still have mot received anything, they want me to contact Usps each time, n the courier told me to contact the seller. They just dont care, i dont recomend them to anyone, they a bunch or crooks

I never recieved a ship date

I never recieved a ship date. Totally fraudulent company. Why would groupon accept the payment for the sunglasses and pass the shipping on to novadab. I will never order from either of these fraudulent companies again. Stick with ebay.

Not trustworthy

I placed an order on June 15, 2020. After a week, I contacted the office via email. I got an email stating it would be mailed on 6/23/20. This did not happen. I contacted the chat room online at Novadab.com. I was told it would mail the next day. This did not happened. I contacted via email again with no response. On the web site, I again contacted Chat and was told it would be the next day. I expressed my frustration and was told by the customer service that USPS had not run during the pandemic. I told her that it did run and this was a small company. Why was I told so many shipping dates? She informed me that I was rude for asking, yet this was now July 2nd? She said it would ship next day. Again, did not happen. I had to contact my credit card. I gave them every chance to make it right and they chose not to do so. I will not do business with this company again and I suggest others do a check on them before giving them your money.

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from Groupon and was mad they offered a voucher instead of just ordering them on site, I took the voucher for Novadab, which ordered 2 pair on May 2nd, I contacted them on May 14th and they answered back the next day see below:

They didn't ship them until May 22nd, the Man told me tonight? I asked why they waited 7 more days to ship them? He didn't have a answer for this! and for me to wait longer!
When I called them tonight and asked for a full refund, I paid $9.99 shipping and 60 cents Michigan sales tax plus The $8.00 I paid Groupon! All I know is I don't want to keep getting the run around, I think I've been very patient. when I called tonight the Man kept saying please wait, I told him I wanted a full refund, and he kept saying wait please wait a little longer, He offered me 75% off my next item(s) I said why would I order another item from them? I then asked him if they were walking my shipment to me? I Said Many times I'd like a full refund! I still haven't received my 2 pairs of sunglasses, summer will be over before i get them!

Save yourself a lot of Headache don't order from Groupon or Novadab.

I see below they finally answered through your site only, I never got a reply from them in my email They waited 11 months to reply? I still never received a refund! and Will NOT recommend them!

No stars if it was an option. Nothing positive about my experience. I purchased through Groupon on April 3, 2020 (2 pairs of sunglasses- $8, shipping not included), and redeemed the next day, April 4, 2020. These were supposed to be gifts for Mother's day, May 10, 2020. I inquired through the Novadab website about my order on May 5, 2020. I got a response from the company on May 11, 2020 that my order was set to ship May 11, 2020. I didn't let it get to me because my family wasn't gathering - I could get away with gifting the week following mother's day. the week following mother's day didn't happen, but I didn't fret; it was out of my control.
May 28, 2020, I receive an email from the company that my order was set to ship that same day, thanked me for my business and provided a 60% off code for their website. I go to their website and am prompted for 60% off - code displayed on the front page of the website for all. -__-
May 30, 2020 i receive an email about my order being on the way. June 1, 2020, I receive my order.
I'm blown away at what I receive. It feels like fraud. The glasses (Cat mirror metal cat eye sunglasses) are stunning in the picture.by any means, i know what i paid for them, but wow. I received vending machine quality, child-like, sunglasses. The nose guard piecesand frame are a chrome painted plastic that rattle like a cheap toy. They came in stiff-velvet- like pouches with "novadab" embroidered on them, and with protective plastic on the lenses. The packaging and shipping had more monetary value than the glasses themselves. Please, whoever reads this, save yourself the money and anticipation of receiving any merchandise from this website. Not even at a discounted price.

Cheap and Bulky Jewelry

I ordered items for Christmas, they were really cute bracelets. I received them after New Years and they were not what I ordered. I tried them again, same result. Their stuff is cheap. I don’t mean price wise. Their jewelry is bulky and actually looks like dress up jewelry for kids. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment. Don’t buy from them, you’ll waste your money.

I ordered items and inquired why I didn't get a shipping confirmation. Here is the response:

Destabilizing encounter? What? Just tell me when I can expect to receive my products that I have already paid for! Why does it take so long?
