I have sold my car with nova motors and was quite straight forward process.
Paddy was great with all explanations on how the process works as I have never used a brokerage before.
They have collect my car on Glasgow, sold and the payment was sent to me with 48hrs.
Really good service

The most stress free process, I dropped my Volvo V60 off they gave it a check over lasted around 20 mins, they gave me a price which I was more than happy with as I used there brokerage service. I was updated every couple days with interest and then confirming my car was finally sold only after 2 weeks. So I was really happy and I will be back to purchase future vehicle, just over the customer service and treatment that you receive from this company. Plus the photos they take of the vehicle are as detailed as can be for the new buyers. Amazing work. Thanks again.

Taken this company to court as they have ripped me off with a car not fit for purpose . Paid £6445.00 for the car to breakdown in less then 2 weeks . Took to a garage they told us to and they paid the fee . But then the turbo and exhaust valve went within 12weeks . We took to same garage they paid last time to be told they dont pay other garages . Total lie as they paid last time . They are in breach of contract and the law . The bill was £1600 for the car which we have had to pay . So I’m now waiting to see if they respond to my emails and have instructed a solicitor to take legal action if no response . Also going to ask courts for compensation for wages as the car is for work which has been off road a month .

Couldn't have wished for a better experience from Stephen and the team at Nova Cambridge. Was kept fully updated with the progress of my Aviva claim/repair and they went over and beyond to pick up my car and drop it back. I was really sceptical about using a brokerage such as NMG at first - the guaranteed price was higher than we expected and there was no cost to us so it sounded too good to be true when Paddy gave us a call offering to market the car.

How wrong I was. Paddy and the team have been excellent, communicated well and been reassuring when required. Everything from initial contact, handover of the car with the collection team, to receipt of money has been a breeze. I absolutely would sell again through them.

The process was made very easy and Paddy was proactive in contacting me agree the deal and keep me informed of progress.

Horrendous service. Took our car to sell on their forecourt. Car was stuck out in a back yard with incorrect price. Car went to them with no damage and ended up with a chip on the bonnet which rusted over the space of the 3 months they had it. Also chipped the passenger door. On showing photos to them that the car didn't have damage when they took it (which Paddy agreed) he then backed peddled and said they couldn't do anything! Avoid selling through them at all costs.

Great service from Paddy and his team at Nova. This is the second car that they have sold for us in the last 6 months. Both times we have received the exact amount promised which has been substantially better than offered by other car buying sites. Very happy and would highly recommend.
