Shipping was free so I wasn't expecting an amazing service, yet my order was delivered promptly the next day, so I was really impressed. It's toilet paper, not the most exciting product in the world - but it was exactly what I ordered and expected. A positive experience.

These kitchen rolls are quite strong and of good quality. Also the size of the tissues are bigger than the normal rolls.

Bought this toilet roll on Amazon, but found I could buy it direct. Very soft and great value. Much better than some of the big brands. Would definitely recommend.

Did not deliver what I ordered. Instead brought a 2 ply product which is useless. They left it outside my door then tapped on the Window and walked away because they knew it was not what I ordered. I won't shop there again

Paper doesn’t flush, the tube it comes rolled on is twice the size of most others. Bad product all round

I highly recommend purchasing from Nova tissue.They always provide top quality services and have never let me down. Delivery service is always quick and on time.

The rolls have become smaller every time we order. More annoyingly, the perforations have become less and less complete, so tearing off paper is difficult and messy - and for the double thickness rolls they are practically impossible to tear, so poor are the perforation lines. Sadly, we will not be buying Nova again.

As usual I have ordered from my box of toilet paper from nova as they are very reliable.
The ease of ordering is great, the speed of delivery is too, I’ve had a substitution once when my usual choice isn’t available.
The price of the toilet paper works out very well and I like that it’s ethical.
