This is the worst service I have experienced

I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did.
While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.'
As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here.
The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

You said you delivered. You didn't. When I try to go figure out where, or why there is no information. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would have steered clear. I can't stand this lack of accountability and thievery.

I ordered this for my sons birthday and I’m still waiting for it to arrive 2 weeks later.

Good price little flimsy but will do the trick. Delivery to Canada took a bit of time.

The total we were charged did no equal the invoice we received.

I have not received the item yet and have received no updates regarding the status of my order since receiving confirmation on the day I placed it.

They made contact regarding a possible problem with our address. Contact again when order was processed and shipped. This is a great feature when dealing with a new company.
