After a nightmare experience with another company on some windows I tried Nowaluminium for an extra large set of bifolds and front door. Doors came on time, fitted perfectly, not a mark on them and they run smooth and true. Very nice quality. I wasn’t happy with the handle (which was my order) and Ben sorted everything without issues. All round very pleased with their service and quality. Definitely recommend.

Now aluminium bi fold doors. We live up in the north of Scotland, quite exposed to the weather, these doors are, in the grand scheme of things, very well priced and surprisingly solid for the price bracket. In other words we have spent more money or much worse. We fitted them ourselves, as non professionals and it was a straightforward and fairly easy process. We got stuck with toe and heeling the glazing into the frame but, and this is where Now Aluminium or/and Adam should win an award, the support we got was amazing!!!! After a brief chat on WhatsApp with the support team they turns us over to Adam who went out of his way to make himself available to us and then talked us through the whole process as we did it. To summarise the doors are great, the customer service is next level! Have no fear buying these doors.

Replacing a 4 meter Oak Bifold door system, sadly our oak bifold doors have seen better days , the rain got into the drain channels as the design was poor, we have looked around over the last 4 months at various companies , we chose nowaluminuim as we could actually go and see them made at the factory in morden , which was important to us , so many suppliers told us we could not view the products and talk to customers that had had them fitted. They all had lovely showrooms, glossy brochures, intially we could only purchase them from a company in Wales, we are in Surrey , so we left it, when we contacted them again , they were able to supple a team of 3 installers, despite a hickup on delivery , we need flat pack as access is tight , the installing team turned up and fitted the new ones, super job , left the job clean and tidy, extremely polite , great product , great comunication from Ben on sales and pricewise was competative, my only gripe was that a huge bag of rubbish was left down the side of the house :-( if we had been told at the begining i could have sorted the rubbish , so we can recycle as much of it as possible

3 meter bifold ordered and delivered in two weeks. Very smooth process from start to finish. Clear fitting instructions. Easy to install. Looks fantastic Will be ordering again!

Great set of doors for a good price. Delivered in just over 2 weeks. Very happy!

I had twosets of bifolds, one was 2000mm with double doors, the other was 3000mm with triple doors. All arrived fairly quickly and in good condition. I found the installation instructions on line and followed those which was reasonably straight forward. However there were 1 or 2 things that I was unsure about and wanted confirmation about but, although I rang (always got an answerphone) and left messages, no one ever replied. If they had done so I would have given 5 star experience. Great doors!

My poor experience with Now Aluminium started immediately upon placing an order. Despite laying out over £3k I had to chase up an order confirmation a number of times, which combined with their unprofessional website and new company status was a red flag, in retrospect I should have turned back at this point.

We eventually agreed a delivery date for the bifolds and panes however when that day came I was called early to say they wouldn’t be delivered that day. Looking back this was another red flag but not a huge error at the time as it was still within the timeframe that my builder was going to be doing other works on my house. The next day I received a call from Now Aluminium that my bifold doors would be delivered that day but not the panes as one had been smashed by their haulier, I did not receive an explanation as to why they couldn’t deliver the other two panes that day.

Unfortunately the panes were now going to be delivered in two batches meaning that I would have to pay my builder for another days labour to install the new pane. I made Now Aluminium aware in writing that I expected them to cover this cost due to their own error in missing the original delivery, however they ignored this request.
The new pane did eventually arrive and was successfully fitted by my builder but unfortunately soon afterwards the wind caught the main door when it was open, slammed it shut and shattered the new pane, thankfully nobody was hurt by this. When I made Now Aluminium aware of this serious and dangerous issue in writing I was once again met with silence, it was only when threatened with consumer rights did they return a rude reply stating that they did not believe the damage had been caused by the wind and that they can tell this from a single picture apparently.

With two days labour for my builder and a replacement pane I am now out over £700 at a low estimate. Now Aluminium are a new company and a cheap company proving the old adage that if you buy cheap, you buy twice. I have offered Now Aluminium a chance to redeem these issues numerous times in writing but have been met with silence leading me to do all I can do which is write this review.

I would strongly recommend to others that are thinking of using this company to learn from my mistake and instead employ a professional company with some history behind them.
