As per normal your sales assistants make it an easy journey when booking a holiday. Everything is taken care off.

Cancellation policy not explained during making a cruise booking. Booked my first cruise with this company. I paid my deposit. Which I thought would be all I would loose if I cancelled!?
12 months before due to sail TUI sent the same cruise with the same package £400 cheaper so I thought due to the time of booking I would be able to get the better price . Which I was informed by NOW LETS TRAVEL . No chance! So my next plan would be to cancel travel loosing my £120 deposit and rebook at lower prices.
This I was informed was also I know go !
My £120 deposit was a low deposit ( good will deposit ) that to cancel this TUI would want £600 cancellation fee which is not in any paperwork I have received! Still waiting for Now let’s travel to forward this to me . Really feel let down with this situation. Never explained when making the booking

I had been watching a specific cruise for months and booked when a special offer came on Facebook for a free balcony upgrade , so got a better room for the price than on line with Marella . Tamsyn responded very quickly to my message and the booking process was very quick as Tamsyn had all the details before she rang me .

What can I say. The staff were extremely helpful polite and absolutely lovely.

Wow 🤩 where do I start? Joe from the cramlington branch was absolutely amazing! He found the perfect break away ( from a long list of things we wanted) and was fabulous with me ( a very anxious traveller) he always answered my many emails and every question I had and literally couldn’t of been more helpful!! Also Helen who was there while I was booking was absolutely lovely! ! I will definitely be booking here again and highly recommend to anyone wishing to book a holiday thank you so very much amazing service and staff xx
