Great Customer support from Sindy. My cash drawer was not opening and she handled issue very professionally. NRS team sending me new one as replacement. I am overall pleased with services provided by NRS.

Another issue today with tobacco programs not working correctly.Specifically, my Altria discounts not working at the register.When I called for service, they blamed it on altria and told me to contact them directly. Ridiculous, that I pay NRS to manage my tobacco program, and I have to call and find out what's going on and fix the problem myself. I find that totally unacceptable what am I paying for. When I did call, I was told that the problem is specifically with NRS and usually it is I have had these issues in the past, and NRS always say the same thing it's not their fault. I honestly don't care whose fault it is.I just want the problem fixed.So my customers can get the discounts and I can sell cigarettes that competitive prices. Receive the phone call later on from n.R.S asking me what the issue was, I explained it again.They put me on hold for 1 hour and ten minutes and then came back and told me they couldn't do anything again.

Directing my review to tech support Rahul Singh. On Sunday 9/7/2025 I encountered an error on my POS. I called in and Rahul was my support and let me tell you he was the best and most efficient tech support I have received thus far. He was very patient and helpful. He was able to restore my pos within 10-15 minutes. Needless to say I had a glitch in my system that restricted use of my pos and loss of business.
