Rahul ext 1239 was able to help me solve the problem with Petro side and usually every time
I call he’s the one that answers.
I would recommend they need to be open from 5am-10pm 7days a week.

I would like to appreciate the support provided by Saad alam khan during the system re-installation process. He was very patient, calm, and polite while guiding me through each step. The explanations were clear and easy to follow, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Even though I had to report the same issue multiple times, Saad never made me feel hesitant or uncomfortable. He handled everything professionally and remained supportive throughout. Truly a great support experience.
