Calling the store was so difficult, was advised someone from the main number would call me back which took hours. Only one member of staff in the shop to serve customers. The customer service member was polite, but I felt rushed and as though I wasn't given all the information on products I was interested in. I decided that next time I will go to ResMed at Macquarie, where I have been before and their service experience was far superior. Several members of staff to serve, privacy rooms, lots of time was given to explaining various products, fittings/trials, mini service/clean on my machine was free whilst I was there and also they check on my sleep quality and give me a report, again free of charge.

Every thing went well, delivery was quick set up was easy, Maria was very helpful and the price was very good

The Port Macquarie store, especially Ben have always gone that extra in their service. Polite, obliging,prompt and professional!

As a regular buyer of CPAP equipment over the years via NSW CPAP. My latest purchase - Löwenstein Prisma20A Automatic CPAP Package was offered at a great price, and when I picked up the package the staff walked me though the process of putting the machine together, how to change settings, which was great advantage when I got home, I was able to setup in minutes. As a bonus the Lowenstein provides the best therapy ive ever experienced in the 39 years since I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.

I ordered 3 items from NSW CPAP and they delivered o e of the items within a few days from placing the order.
Weeks went by and I had not received any updates for the remaining items so I had to ring to enquire about the remaining items. The person was very polite on the phone and mentioned some items were out of stock however they just received the items.
I placed the order on the 8th June and received the final items on the 29th June. These items are essential to me and expected to have the items within a week however did not receive for 3 weeks. I would prefer to be advised when ordering items online if they are out of stock so I can source from another supplier. Many websites who items as out of stock so at least we know… anyway wanted to feedback, as I mentioned the staff I spoke to were very polite and apologetic so my score does not relate to them more so for the delay in receiving the items without any updates from the company until I rang them.

Don't buy anything from their online shop! They sell items they don't have in stock. They take your money, and then, three weeks later, tell you they're still waiting for the item to arrive. After that, they mess you around for months until they finally get your purchase in stock.

A waste of time and money.

NSW CPAP staff were very reassuring when my CPAP part wasn't delivered to my unit last week. I couldn't go to the letter box for the units, as I'd had a spinal procedure performed that AM, and been told not to walk about. They emailed a couple of times and said to check in the AM, and I just felt they were concerned, which made me feel I was in good hands if it had gone missing.

Mask is good so far F20. Love it. But had to follow up with company as sales person forgot to put a name on my invoice so could not claim. Saying that Jeremy was very helpful when I rang advising me about setting. Thanks.

I thought that the delivery time of 14 days was too slow for a medical item & the delivery cost of about $15 on the high side. I am sure you could do better on both.

The product arrived promptly and is of good quality at a very reasonable price.
