I specifically ordered a Beetel Black X73N 2.4GHz Cordless Landline and had clearly communicated via email that I required a brand-new, original unit in BLACK color. Despite this, I was sent a WHITE unit that appears old, used, or refurbished.
This is not just a mistake—it is blatant negligence and misrepresentation. I have undeniable proof of my order details, including screenshots and the email where I explicitly stated my requirements.
What’s even more unacceptable is the seller’s behavior after the issue was raised. Instead of taking responsibility, they flat-out refused to acknowledge the problem, showed zero intent to resolve it, and are now ignoring my calls completely. This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of accountability is shocking.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly warn others to think twice before dealing with this seller, as they clearly cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise or handle customer complaints responsibly.

Dont book anything, no refund policy, they will send you open box used item, i ordered JBL earphone, which they send open box item and blue color in place of black.
If you ask for refund, these scammer will say, if product is working no return.
100% stay away from them.
Once you ordered you cant get back your money.

I ordered MI Box S 2nd Generation they delivered MI Box 4K. Which is older version. The product is heavily used and remote did not work properly. I talked to them many times. Initially they responded and agreed to return the product but after agreeing they are not picking up calls. I call they daily twice but they did not respond.

Good experience good price always sends best products

After I ordered, staff was very approachable from dispatch until delivery. They were available to respond to all queries on WhatsApp in a timely manner. Finally when the product arrived, it was brand new and has continued to work flawlessly. I certainly intend to purchase from them in the future as well.

Absolutely Fraud. thy sell duplicate product. I bought a JBL speaker it is a duplicate product and they are not taking it back.

I broughtWD 2tb external hard disk. It is in a really good condion. I brought it for 6,675 while in other shops and platforms it is about 7600 and above. A small delay in shipping, but the product is awsome.

The item delivered was a refurbished, first-generation model of fire stick with a lot of scratch marks, but the item’s condition was not mentioned anywhere in the product description. I contacted the customer service number many times, and at last they said that if the item is working, their responsibility is over.

Beware of NTP Electronics – They Sent Me a Refurbished Used Product While Claiming It Was New!

Review:
I’m writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with NTP Electronics (also known as NTP Tech Store), located at Plot No-4, Mayur Vihar, Gohana Road, Sonipat – 131001, Haryana.

On 3rd August 2025, I placed a prepaid order (Order No. #115219) for a Sennheiser CX80S Wired Earphone through their official website (ntptechstore.com) for ₹1,043.
At the time of purchase, there was no mention anywhere on the website or invoice that the product was refurbished or used.

When I received the product, I immediately recorded a complete unboxing video to be safe. The product box I received was damaged, had multiple delivery stickers, and clearly showed it had been used and returned by multiple customers.
The serial number was tampered, and the manufacturing date was from 2021, proving that it was an old stock item.
To make things worse, the box contained only the earphones, without any documentation, warranty card, or original accessories.

I immediately contacted the seller via email at supportntptechstore.com
On 6th August 2025 and also spoke with their logistics contact Mr. Rahul (Sales Manager) through WhatsApp.
He initially promised a refund and pickup, but after a week, no one came. When I followed up again, he started ignoring my messages and eventually blocked my number.

After that, they sent me a copy of their so-called return policy saying that if the product is working, I must pay both-way courier charges — which makes no sense when the product itself was refurbished and misrepresented as new.
Even after several attempts to contact them through email and WhatsApp, I received no response or refund from their side.

This entire experience caused me a lot of frustration, harassment, and mental stress.
It’s shocking that a company would deliberately sell refurbished products as new, hide such crucial information, and then refuse refunds or returns after being caught.

I have now initiated a legal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against NTP Electronics for unfair trade practice, deficiency in service, and fraud, at the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, South West Delhi.
I have also reported this issue to the concerned authorities and am sharing this review to help others make an informed choice.

My Advice to Other Buyers:

🚫 Do not buy from NTP Electronics or NTP Tech Store.

✅ Always record an unboxing video for your safety and proof.

Fraud Company. They are selling duplicate products. Don't buy from them.

I am writing to share my recent experience with NTP Tech Store (ntptechstore.com) and their products. I encountered an issue where I received a damaged/non-functional product. Upon attempting to return it, I was informed that the returned product was an older model and was accused of fraud, preventing any replacement or reimbursement. Furthermore, the company has not returned the original product that I sent back to them.

I would advise caution when considering purchases from this site due to these issues.
