I had 3 quotes for the work to be done. NuGen Exteriors came with a recommendation and they were the only company who made it clear about what had to be done and followed it up with a detailed written quote. I thought that the price was fair and decided to go ahead. Communication was great and I was kept up to date as things progressed. The team worked non stop with short breaks for lunch and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. It looks amazing and I am impressed by the professionalism and quality of work undertaken. They even cleaned my windows as part of the site clean-up! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is considering having this type of work done.

We got our whole house re-roughcast, the guys were very professional, hardworking, friendly and did a great job.

I contacted NUGEN in a slight panic - water was seeping out of our bedroom ceiling - Terry was on my doorstep first thing, actively looking to solve the problem. He and his team prioritised us as urgent and carried out the repairs before midday. Not only were they friendly and warm, but they also exuded honesty and integrity. I will certainly be using NUGEN in the future and recommending them to whoever enquires about getting their roofing woes dealt with. It’s an anomaly to get this level of efficiency nowadays. We can’t thank them enough.

Needing a company to rectify a leak I was recommended NewGen Exteriors. After contacting them I was given an appointment time for the same day and Terry (one of the partners) arrived at the time stated. He checked the roof and explained to me what was required and what he recommended should be done. He gave me a quote for the work to be carried out, when it would be carried, and how long it would take start to finish.
He made me feel at ease with his pleasant manner and experience and I did not feel pressurised in any way. A price was agreed for the work required to be carried out and a start date arranged.
His work partner Lenny arrived with his squad on time and explained to me what work would be carried out that day. I was kept informed by Lenny on a daily basis of what was to be done and also visited by Terry a couple of times to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The work squad were at all times very pleasant and worked without a break, other than for lunch, and cleaned up every night before leaving the site.
I could not find ANY fault with this company, there workforce or the work that was carried out by them and can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. So I would totally recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing work done.

Several weeks ago we found a few leaks in our roof which had been replaced about 14 years ago. We contacted NuGen and enquired about replacing the whole roof. After checking our roof, it was agreed that it should be totally replaced and completely updated with better materials. This job was carried out very competently and with the minimum of disruption. They have a very efficient team of tradesmen who carried out the work well and cleaned everything up after each day. The price was suitable for us and all our neighbours were highly impressed.
I would recommend NuGen to anyone who requires work done on their roof.

Fantastic team and Lenny and Terry and all the guys who worked on my house were fantastic, polite and very hard working and nothing was too much trouble, roof and rough casting and fascia’s and guttering all done with little to no fuss, everything tidied up after the job done and it was like they were never here but my house looks spectacular and the neighbours have all said how great it looks. Fantastic team - weather didn’t stop them they just cracked on. And the end result is absolutely fabulous. Great job by Terry, Lenny and the team! From initial consultation it was clear these guys are experts, communication was great, clear pricing and top quality work. Roof renovation with new velux windows, fascias and gutters in a little over a week on a house elevated from street level. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

From survey visit to final cleaning everything was very professional. We were having an issue with our extension roof and thought it was a fault at time of building which was also suspected at survey. (Later confirmed during replacement work and fixed) Having been given price for this we asked for price for doing main roof including porch at front. Our house is nearly 60 years old and it was probably a good time to get it done as well. Quotation received, accepted and we were given a start date. Scaffolding erected, skip in place and main team arrived. Being January and bad weather forecast they all focused on getting the job moving. Team arrived on site promptly and got on with it breaking only for lunch. Thankfully weather was not as bad a predicted so there was little daily delay. The whole experience was pretty much straight forward for us. All the guys were great and respectful of our home and the clean up was amazing. We would definitely recommend NuGen Exteriors. No deposit or interim payments required. Payment in full on satisfactory completion. Extremely professional company.

And yet another glowing report, this time from the Campbells at Bellcraig! Our conservatory roof has just been replaced by “Nugen exteriors” and what a wonderful job these wonderful guys have made of it! I highly recommend not only their work but they are such lovely characters to have around the place! (Just have lots of grub in and watch out for the heavy breathing!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Terry and his team. They replaced both my roof and gutters . They arrived when they said they would. They treated my property with respect and we are delighted with the workmanship . They never asked for a penny until we were 100% happy. They cleared up after them selfs and even washed my windows. Job was started and finished when they said they would and was done to a high standard throughout. Very happy with the job.

Terrys team who carried out the work were excellent, kept me informed at every stage and tidied up every evening after they finished. Also done a drone survey afterwards so I coukd see the new roof.
The end result is excellent and a lot of my neighbours have commented on the excellent work.

Iam writing this and it wasn't me having my roof done. Terry and his team were just lovely and helpful , cleaned up the place put the fence back gave me a goodie bag of beautiful cakes and other things for the inconvenience, his team especially Gerry Roberstson cleaned of all the debris from my roof and gave me excellent advice for my roof . I feel like having my roof done even though it doesn't need it yet as the job they did to my neighbours looks amazing and fitting there new sky lights. Iam definitely keeping the business card for when I do need them . I have had builders , allsorts to my property not so nice mannered. Terry's team were just a lovely crew of people , no bad language shouting and just absolute grafters. I would recommend them for sure. From the neighbour. Sharon.

I had my roof fitted 2 years ago. Sent a message to Terry saying there is a drip from my gutters. He arrived within 3 weeks of this with his team to fix this, no problem whatsoever. I was happy with this timescale as I know they are busy and he will fix it. He respected my space by waiting until I invited him back into the kitchen, and took his boots off to walk through the house to front door. He gave me a clear reason for the issue - weather. So happy with his service I have asked for a quote for roughcasting. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Terry and his team provided a top quality job, start to finish. Quick and efficient take down, professional install, with a great team effort on the tidy up. All completed within the promised timeline.

Had a great experience from Terry and the rest of the NuGen Exteriors team when they replaced the roof tiles and all other associated work. It has been commented by a few friends and visitors, that the new roof is 'the best in the street' in comparison to others that have had a roof replacement. The neighbour was well pleased that the NuGen team was excellent in the clear-up after the work was finished. I will be using NuGen Exteriors again for other work for sure.

Excellent job from start to finish. The squad were professional, cheerful, polite and very good at what they do. I was impressed at how quickly they stripped and replaced my fairly large roof, and at the care taken to clean up afterwards. I had gutters and downpipes replaced and thought, mistakenly as it turned out, that they had disturbed an adjacent fence. Nonetheless they immediately returned and corrected my fence problem. Superb and very prompt after sales service. Would recommend this firm to anyone looking for quick, expert, reasonably priced roof work.

The Nugen guys were great. Top class professional job from start to find sh. The weather was absolutley awful, but the guys worked on through, Terry juggled other jobs to ensure the job got finished to the timeframe. All tradespersons were so polite and informative and cleaned up perfectly when finished. Highly reccomended.
