Works perfectly and saves me having two phones.

Required a way to retain landline at a reasonable price following switching our copper broadband to full fibre. NumberPeople came up well in reviews and had a number of different call packages available to suit varying needs. I found the whole process easy and was kept informed throughout. I've also been contacted after the switch to check everything was OK which was a nice touch.

You have a Top Man ( Brad ) working for you.
Nothing is too much trouble for him. The user interface is easy to use,and very efficiently .

I just ported my VOIP number from sipgate to numberpeople. The experience was exceptional. Communication during the process was clear and frequent and I was helpfully directed through the various porting hoops.
Porting done, reconfigured my VOIP phone and all working.

An exceptional service. Having used other similar services I can honestly say that this is the easiest to set up - and by far the cheapest option if you need a UK virtual number. Customer service have been so helpful prior to setup and having transferred from BT I am saving a fortune. Well played NumberPeople :-)

We were looking for a good value way to keep our landline number for incoming calls only following switching our broadband service to full fibre and moving away from the old copper line. The NumberPeople offered just what we needed - VOIP for only £1 per month. They were supportive throughout the process and responded to any questions efficiently, usually the same day and often within an hour of raising the query. The transfer happened seamlessly and we were up and running on the transfer day. The whole process from registering to transfer was less than a week. Overall very pleased with the service.

Took a broadband only package from Virgin and found the Number People would let me retain my landline number. Set up easy, transfer in faultless. Would be 5* but they lie re the £1 per month pricing as there is a minimum charge of £5 per 90 days that I only discovered after sign up.

So far so good.

After understanding the terms I have no problem using Number people. I had an enquiry so used the site to ask my answer. I got a reply in 2 mins very expedient! I tested my 0800 number forwarding to my mobile and bobs your uncle it is all operational. Exciting!!!

I think it's one of the best virtual phone number companies. There is no monthly fee, you can decide how much you top up and that's all you need to pay. A lot of add-ons are possible, mailboxes and you can have as many numbers as you. Perfect choice for my business
