Gravissimo: ho ordinato la statua di Red Pyramid Thing ed è arrivata con braccia e gambe tutte nere (painting sbagliato mancante), come se non bastasse, un conoscente ha ordinato la statua di Heather Mason e la sua faccia era rosa quindi pitturata ma il resto del corpo era solo modello senza painting. Ho letto anche vari post in giro come reddit e amazon e altri ben 4 utenti affermano la stessa cosa (testa pitturata, braccia e gambe no o comunque con un'altra gradazione di colore)
Non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere!
Due sono le cose o non sono oggetti originali, ma credo proprio che lo siano, oppure nei recenti lotti, il personale ha combinato pasticci in linea di produzione.
Per sicurezza non comprare queste statue su amazon.
Ps e come se questo non bastasse, non rispondono alle e-mail. Quindi il servizio clienti non risulta disponibile
A mai più. Non comprerò più niente di questa marca. Le statue, anche se pesanti e robuste,sono scadenti per quello che costano.

Entered a tubbz giveaway a few years ago, I was the only one who entered (correctly) along with like 3 other people. None of us ever heard back from them. I get it's a bit disappointing only 4 people enter, but at least honor your promise/giveaway and move on. Ya'll didn't even respond to messages about it.
Beside that, they have continuation errors in their designs which make no sense to me. How are you going to put the first wave of a franchise in an adorable, amazingly cute little bathtub packaging and the rest of it in a boring box. Those that collect will understand how frustrating this is.

They sold me the wrong thing completely, doesn’t work. Don’t buy from them, there a scam company and that’s all they’ll ever be.

I am big fan of Numskull, have 3 lamps (Sonic, LOTR and Miku), a Jurassic Park Switch Case, a Minion Wireless Charger, a tower for my PS4 games and controllers charger, a kit from Jurassic Park for my controller (thumb grips and USB cable), a BubbleHead Nurse statue and 20 Tubbz already. So, what can I say? I never had an issue with them.

I bought the wireless charger dock, put my new phone and put other devices that I have and it doesn't charge, only blinks blue, waste of money and time, this all occured in the first day of buying.
If I find out what's the problem, I'll change my review, but for now, I'll give it a 1 star
Only good about it is how cool it looks, other than that, idk why a MEGAMILLION COMPANY would give these guys the rights to market their character.

Purchased a sonic advent calendar they sent me incorrect pieces, ghosted on social media and email.

Customer service is a joke avoid numskull.

Bought the xbox gaming locker in the UK but live in another country when we came home it was faulty had alot of trouble trying to get somewhere with the support team it was only when I said I would put it all over social media they said they would send a new one out still waiting 3 weeks later.bad form do not buy from this company

I bought a Numskull - XBOX X/S/One - Dual controller dock from av-cables.dk. When i got it, it doesn't charge the batteries at all. Barely even lasts a few seconds. If i could leave a 0 star review i would, as the product i got doesnt even work properly. Maybe it was dead on arrival, but both the batteries barely hold a charge.

-Both batteries only last a few seconds
-Dock won't charge/will only charge for a few seconds

Atleast it was cheap. Don't buy from this company if you want a working product.

bought a numskull steering wheel from Argos and cannot get or find any info on the item as its not connecting this item is rubbish did as said on instructions and still nothing so 4 days later one disappointed child and 49.99 lighter its going back to Argos next time ill buy the proper steering wheel for xbox one
