The customer service here is amazing. When I could t get a response from the shipping company they did everything and more to help me. Great service, especially during the holiday season!

Men efter at have snakket med en sur person hos GLS, så snakkede jeg med Christina og hun var simpelthen så sød, hjælpsom og fik løst mit problem! God service! I received the bag with the broken padlock which does not work and after having immediately contacted the brand they tell me that it is only a decorative element so that they will not do anything.

Me ha llegado el bolso hoy. El empaquetado muy cutre, una bolsa sin el nombre de la marca ni nada. Pedí un bolso (que vino envuelto en una bolsa de plástico) y una cadena que vino por ahi tirada sin envolver ni nada. Teniendo en cuenta lo que pagas por un bolso, podían cuidar mas los detalles. El bolso aparentemente está bien, espero que no se estropee muy pronto. El bolso, “ellie urban black” venía con un candado, al encontrar la llave lo abrí y ahora no se cierra. Una desilusión porque le daba un toque guay al bolso. Repito que por lo que pagas por el bolso podrían cuidar más las cosas. El bolso es precioso y me encanta.

Actualización: hablé con ellos por Instagram y les expliqué el problema del candado, este estaba defectuoso asique me van a mandar otro. Muy contenta con la atención al cliente. Por lo que subo la puntuacion a 4/5.

Har efterhånden 3 núnoo taske, og jeg har egentlig været meget tilfreds, indtil taskerne og remmene begyndte at smitte af på mit tøj, og at det ikke kan komme af. Havde min skuldertaske på forleden sammensat med en splinterny kjole, kjolen er blevet helt sort pga tasken og remmen.

I’m absolutely satisfied about Nunoo! Great products. Quick delivery. And last but not least fantastic service. Answering immediatly and proposes the best solution! Even more than I expected. Nunoo is really making the difference. I sincerely recommend Nunoo!

I ordered a nunno bag and a few days later I received an email that the bag was not in stock anymore. Witch is weird because I already bought it.. the email said that they could send me an other bag. I decided to accept it so I could look if I liked it. When I got the bag it was a big disappointment so I send it back. This cost me !!!13!!! Euros.. above that I needed to pay 8 euros delivery costs too.. now I’ve spend 21 euros on nothing. I’m very mad because it wasn’t even the bag I wanted.

My final experience with this brand and their site..
I had contacted them for a particular model of bag, they replied that they no longer had it.
They contact me again and tell me that they have found 2 pieces, they sell me a full price of 109.90€.
I was happy but while the bag is on the way being delivered I receive an email from them with a link for a private sale of the site and there surprise I see the bag they have just sold me at 50% off. So 54€. And there I understand that they purposely contacted me to sell it to me for more just before their private sale. They could have contacted me to tell me that the bag I wanted would be on the private sale they were organizing but no. It was vicious. Their sales techniques look like a scam...
Of course they never answered my emails again.
So for a profit of €50 they prefer to lose a loyal customer, an assiduous follower and accentuate their bad image... just see their rating on Trustpilot which is revealing.
Do not order anything on this site, they are dishonest ! You will be very disappointed !

Worst customer service - no communication and no new items when promised.

I bought a purse two weeks ago, the molly one in the lime tone. It was a dissapointment the moment i received, it is the smallest bag ive ever seen, even smaller than the jacquemus one. The photos in the webpage arent accurate to what you will be receiving, and if you want to return it you have to pay the shipment back to Denmark, which is a shame. So im keeping the bag cause its cheaper to send it back.
A waste of money and the zippers are really hard to close.

I have four bags of nunoo and i love them. Great quality and service.

I just love how my Helena lavender bag turned out. I had to do my own investigation because they don’t have “wear” photos but you can see on Instagram how it looks.

The leather looks really good, the coloring looks really good and the size is just perfect!

I think the bags are quite expensive, but I got mine on sale for just €30!!!

Delivery was also very fast to Amsterdam.

The bag came quickly. I ordered leather Ellie bag in beige croco which I absolutely loved. First the leather was extremely stiff but it gets loosened up. However I ordered the bag something like on May (?) and the hardware is already discoloured and looking quite raggady to be honest.. I have worn the bag everyday though. However I love the looks of the bag, I just wish the hardware was not wearing off so quick.

Nunoo went above and beyond to rectify a major communication error made by the courier company who delivered my bag by 2 weeks later than expected, it was NO fault of Nunoo's. The quality of the bag actually exceeded my expectations and I have to commend the customer service team at Nunoo for pulling out all the stops to guarantee a pleasant experience after all the confusion. FANTASTIC RESULT VERY VERY HAPPY.

Købte en taske fra jer sammen med nogle opbevarings kasser. Super fine ting men der var desværre en plet på tasken da den ankom, jeg tog herefter ud på jeres lager for at ombytte tasken og skulle igennem et par tasker inden jeg fandt en uden en plet.

Et kæmpe + er jeres gode kundeservice og at i sendte et gratis net med.

Jeg er mere end tilfreds for min taske. Servicen er god, og fik min taske 3 dage efter bestillingen.

Kun gode oplevelser. Kort leveringstid, og super produkter. Alt i alt en tilfreds oplevelse herfra!
