Surveyor Janet was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

Customer service is excellent! the fact they have plenty female and male staff including surveyors too which ensures as a female you can always talk to a female to feel at ease. Everything I was told happened exactly when I was informed it would, very quick responses, always explain everything for you to understand. The surveyor visited within the week for the first survey too establish if you have a case, he did such a professional job and also an excellent report. A solicitor was appointed immediately after survey and took on the case straight away contacted me and advice me straight away as to how the case will proceed. Excellent service from everyone involved. If you have a housing repair issue this is the Company to help you get them resolved.
