Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
I was bought some nursen hand wash, cream, and the Caring Skin Fix for Christmas from a friend. I'm a stained glass artist so my fingers are frequently shredded. All the products are good, but the Caring Skin Fix is AMAZING! It usually takes my hands about 2-3 weeks to recover after a busy commission period. Fingertips are sore, biometric print recognition not working, no salt and vinegar crisps, you get the idea. This stuff fixed it within a few days and within a week my hands were totally healed. Popped a blob on every night (I find it to heavy for daytime use) rubbed it in well and ta-da. All healed up and ready to go again. As for my nails, they are usually a mess as a result of my work, no more, they are so strong compared to how they used to be. Cannot recommend this stuff enough. Just need them to make it in a bigger pot!

This is the best hand cream I have ever…
This is the best hand cream I have ever used. I originally bought some because my hands were very dry and nothing was working. It immediately fixed the problem. Life got busy and I forgot to order more so went back to using my old handcream. Within days my dry skin was back. Reordered some Nursem, which arrived promptly, and after only a few applications the dry skin has gone and my hands feel soft and lovely again. Thank you!

I’ve suffered for years with dry
I’ve suffered for years with dry, cracked and bleeding hands, then I found Nursem! Wish it had been around all the years I’ve been lambing. Maybe try offering it into the farming community? I’m sure there are plenty of others out there suffering the same as I did. I prefer the unscented(white bottle/tube)

Absolutely love these products
Absolutely love these products. I keep buying them all and giving them to my friends and family. I use it all over my body and it’s fantastic. I have very sensitive skin so this is really good. The hand wash is lovely too.

This cream has changed my life!
I was gifted this handcream in a gift set for extremely dry, cracked and bleeding hands caused by excessive hand washing. It is brilliant. You can re-apply when needed due to the absorption speed which is super handy for when you don't have hours to sit with cream on. I love everything about this company and anything we can do to support our NHS is a win in its own right. Buy this handcream, even if for its mission as a company (but you can also reap the benefits of a product actually doing what it says on the tin)!

I’m a repeat buyer of Caring Skin Fix…
I’m a repeat buyer of Caring Skin Fix pots because I’ve never found a moisturiser that works better to remove dry/hard skin on the feet. I care for my elderly Mum who has always struggled with hard skin, and every chiropodist we’ve used has left her feet sore and/or bleeding. I soak her feet for 20 minutes in a foot spa and then use Nursem to moisturise them and her cracked feet have now fully recovered. I do this every 6 weeks to keep her feet soft, healthy and free from infection that causes cellulitis. So happy with this product, I won’t use anything else.

Great products, great customer service, great value
Products that really work and a philosophy that I can really get behind (they use some of their profits to provide products to nurses). Had a bit of a mix up with one of my orders and their customer service resolved it very quickly without any quibbles. Recommend the products and the company. Also the minis are nice little gifts - gifted some to my friend and she said it cleared up her eczema that has given her problems for basically her entire adult life. Another friend it didn't help so doesn't seem to be a cure all. That said I am really happy with it myself and for the friend that it helped

Disappointed as wanted to love it but didn’t
I wanted to love this hand cream as I really like that they donate to nurses but I’m pretty disappointed. It feels quite tacky on application and, whilst hands do feel slightly better for an hour afterwards, I then have to reapply - even if I haven’t washed my hands etc. whereas as my previous handcream moisturised for several hours and absorbs more quickly.
I’m also not keen on the smell, it’s quite strong and smells musty to me.

Our formula is designed to create a protective barrier on the skin to help retain moisture, which can feel a little different on application compared to lighter creams. We usually recommend using a very small, pea-sized amount, as a little goes a long way and absorbs quickly once worked in.
In terms of the scent, our fragranced hand cream uses natural essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance, which some people do perceive as stronger or more earthy. If scent is a concern, our Unfragranced Caring Hand Cream contains no essential oils at all and may be better suited to you.

Good handcream- improve packaging
I really like this hand cream and company, my only gripe is the amount of product stuck in the large hand cream tubs. When it gets to about 1/5 left it gets stuck and cannot pump up, so i have to cut them open to get the rest of the product
I am a reorder-er though!
