Love the ethos of the company and the product that I use is amazing. I have been using the Caring hand cream now for about 5 years and it is part of my daily routine. As a dental nurse, I am constantly washing my hands or using hand gel and wearing gloves, all of which is damaging to my skin. This hand cream is the only one that I have used that keeps my hands soft and supple. I also suffer from psoriasis and regular use of this cream helps to keep it under control.

I always have hand cream in every handbag, in the car and by every sink in the house. Then I switched to nursem handwash and I don’t use my hand cream at all! I can’t believe it.
My son is a doctor and can’t carry it into work but I bought him some for the house - when I took the second one his eyes lit up and he said how amazing it is.

Nursem have developed great skin care products, especially for those with problem skin or who have to wash their hands a lot.
I’ve been looking for something like this for years and they seem to have the right formulae - not just for the product but also for the way they run their business. Well done.

Great hand cream (mother was keen on the smell and gave to me) but I think it’s lovely and fresh. Works well and doesn’t leave hands with the horrible moist oily texture after use like many others on the market. Have been a regular user since being introduced several

I suffer with raynauds which dries my hands out horribly. I’ve had cracked and sore chillblains on my hands and types of eczema too. The pain was awful, and to the point that I couldn’t even shake someone’s hand in a meeting. Handwashing strips my hands even further so for the majority of the year they were usually uncomfortable, sore and cracked. I have probably tried every hand cream on the market in search of ‘the one’. I discovered Nursem last winter and can honestly cry with relief when I look back at pictures of my hands now. Before finding this product I would be stuck wearing sticky creams and cotton gloves, even in summer, unable to get on with much. This cream soaks straight in and while you can feel it’s there, it is NOT sticky and leaves no slimy marks on things you touch. It absorbs quickly with a few shakes of the hands and I can get on with with my day. It’s really improved my skins moisture, elasticity and colour. I no longer look like the zombie-hand girl or the office mime in white gloves. I’ve gifted so many of these creams to friends and family who are shocked by how good it is. I cannot adequately explain how incredible it is for my hands to feel soft and comfortable after so many years struggling. I love that they do a big version with a pump that I can keep by the sinks. I highly recommend getting the mini tubes as well as they are perfect for travel or your handbag.
A note to Nursem: please never change. I want to still be using this when I’m old and grey, recommending it as a household staple that’s survived the latest trends and fashions. ‘If in doubt, stick some Nursem on it!’

Their handcream has transformed my eczema and I can't live without. I've only ever had good service and good products. I do recommend changing the pump bottles on large handcreams so its easy to get the last of the product out but it's a minor problem, I can still get to it by opening it.

Dear Nursem, your hand cream is one of the best in the market and the only one that works for me when I have a flare up and its not greasy. Sadly, despite highlighting this in year 2020/21 about your inefficient 300ml pump, nothing has improved. I have only bought the tube ones since but it runs out quickly and not cost effective. So, I've decided to try the 300ml ones again. Its sad that 1/4 of the cream just won't pump out and resulting in waste or unhygienic method required to dig it out with chopsticks lol.. I have bought 2 x 300ml bottle (green one) from Boots and again 1/4 cream is stuck and won't pump out. PLEASE PLEASE look into it. There are so many pump bottles out there that works like INEOS 500ml hand wash. I can send you pictures so you can make a comparison. The issue is the straw bit is just too short in yours. I have to rate 3 stars due to the wastage and considering the price, its not good and a shame as your product is the best. Thank you.

After using i started getting a reaction to product
After reading ingredients states in tiny writing that it contains white willow bark.
I have a bad allergy to Asprin
Why does it not state on packaging don't use if allergic to asprin?
Very very unhappy as I am now suffering

Working as a nurse my hands are constantly under stress from washing drying as well as the elements
I’ve tried so many creams and lotions before but nothing tops this
My hands are soft and the irritation gone
Would recommend this to everyone not just my nursing colleagues xx

I had to come and leave a review for this product. I had what I thought was an awful infection around my right eye. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic cream which made no difference. I used the Skin Fix cream and after 24 hours the rash was gone! An absolute miracle cream, I will be a customer for life!

I bought the Caring Skin Fix a good while ago..not really sure as I never used it! I have used the hand cream and Gel which are very good. I recently had an operation on my hand to straighten my little finger. The skin fix has been a godsend. I've tried oils etc to keep the scar soft and none of them worked, except for the skin fix. It is absolutely marvellous!

Really great cream, works well on chapped hands. Bought this after watching it on Dragons Den and it really works!

The only hand cream that works!!! Wish I had taken a before and after photo because within the first use my hands have SIGNIFICANTLY improved. They were red, itchy, dry and cracking from constant hand washing and working with water and harsh products. I bought the hand wash, skin fix and hand cream. Applied the skin fix generously and left over night (have also started using the wash and hand cream throughout the day). All of my symptoms have reduced from the first use! Such good quality products and amazing company values. I’ve bought and used soooo many hand creams and some from very expensive brands in the past but none have the same effect as nursem nor do they absorb into the skin like nursem does! 10/10

Nursem skin fix is the best non steroid cream for eczema flared up skin. Very soothing, calming and helps to reduce itching. Helps me a lot!

I have suffered with cracked hands for years. I bought nursem and for the first time in years my hands are clear. I dont think its expensive because it works. Also not sure why people go on about the smell its not unpleasant

Expensive rubbish which made no difference to my skin splits from over washed hands at all. Moisturising handwash from supermarket was much more effective plus smells nasty and pump leaked on both bottles I bought

An update on my previous review and noted that Nursem had not taken this issue into account. The hand cream is great, not greasy and easy to apply. It is very expensive, so one would expect to be able to use almost all if not all of the cream. Problem is that the tube for the pump is so short that is does not pump up the bottom of the bottle. Had to cut it open which is not ideal, in order to use up the cream at the bottom (which is a lot of cream left). I bought over time 8 bottles, and have to cut all 8 bottles.

Love this product, and I love the values and ethos of this company.

I am a nurse on ICU, so wash my hands regularly. I have always had problems with red raw skin after washing my hands. I 100% recommend this cream it is fantastic

Excellent customer service.
I love the Nursem products. The other day I started on a 300ml Hand Cream bottle but the pump was faulty and after releasing a minute amount wouldn't depress at all and release any more cream. I dropped Nursem customer service a note to ask if there was a fix. They were super prompt in coming back and immediately offered to send a replacement due to the faulty pump. 24 hours later it's on its way. Brilliant Customer Service!
