The worst Customer Service ever...first I got auto AI responses.......then they sent a form so a " real person " can take care of me .......that was 5 days ago

The worst CS .....I don't what to say ....everything I learned in business classes they did the opposite....He said they would deliver first then they will discuss a return (the problem it was shipped from China )

Scam company. Ordered on may 25, 2026 it is june 24, 2026 still haven't got order. Response from company is the same they are investigating with courier. Tracking information shows "US pickup in progress" since june 1, 2026. Have asked several times for refund keep getting same response they are investigating and since package was sent out they are still investigating as to why still not delivered. WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS! SCAMMERS FOR SURE!!

I ordered, received product, have not opened it. after reading all complaints,decided to return for refund. Been 3 weeks now, more emails that i could imagine, one excuse after another. refuses to send RMA for refund. I too was taken, by this company. I am very surprised, they have a web site. I am still working on them, i don't give up easy, we will see. Not holding my breath. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE

Order something from Nutrapure it’s over a month to find out they shipped it to the wrong address and refused to send me my money back.They know it was delivered to the wrong address still not doing anything about it . Don’t order anything from this company it a scam. I shouldn’t read the reviews before I order from them.Be careful with company like this

Never received my order. Contacted customer service multiple times receiving the same response. Requested refund multiple times. Still no product or refund.

This is a fraudulent company. Never responded to email, phone number listed is non existent. Never received product and I have now filed fraud charges with my bank. It’s been an entire month. Nothing. Do not use this company.

Product content doesn’t look anything like what’s advertised. You barely see any pink color . It’s tasteless. Can’t tell any different when taking it

There were some issues with the order I placed, it was very slow being delivered to the west coast of the USA but this company's support service was VERY diligent about following up whenever I contacted them. I was shipped the incorrect product, but as soon as I verified the error to customer service they immediately shipped the correct item and told me to keep the incorrect shipment. There may be some communication lapses between ordering and shipping departments, but over all this company strove to make things right. They are not a scam as some others have suggested.

like the previous review, i realized too late they use china for their supplements. they would not cancel my order

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLEMENT COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING CRAP FROM CHINA. I realized 5 minutes after I put the order in that I made the mistake of ordering from them previously. MY BAD. So I immediately went to cancel that order but they refused.
