Long time to receive and order incorrect. Company doesn't listen.

I ordered 2 items on May 8th and only received a delivery today. When I opened the package, it is wrong. I contacted them through their website to let them know the what I received was not what I ordered. I was offered, a choice between a refund for the missing item or they would send the missing item. I chose to have the missing item sent. Very soon after, I received a notice stating that my refund had been processed. When I inquired about it, they stated that I had changed my mind. Not once did I ask for a refund. They advised it was the same thing, if I just reordered. I mentioned that I would be paying for shipping. Now they want to send me a coupon for a shipping discount. I give up, they screwed up and I feel they should just fix it by sending me the product I ordered. BTW, the product ships from the States so not actually Canadian. I give up. Will purchase elsewhere in future.

We understand that customers often take time to leave reviews mainly when they are unhappy, so we would like to clarify the situation.

As soon as you contacted us regarding the incorrect item, our team responded within minutes and immediately processed a full refund against the item without asking you to return the incorrect product. When you later stated that you still wanted the replacement product sent, you also mentioned that you did not want to pay shipping charges again. To help further, our team even provided you with a free shipping discount code.

We believe the team tried every possible way to resolve the issue fairly and quickly. However, it appeared that you expected to keep the incorrect item, receive a full refund, and also receive the replacement item shipped free of charge.

We always try our best to help customers and resolve issues in a reasonable manner, and we are sorry that despite our efforts, you still felt dissatisfied.

I did not receive my package yet been 3…

I did not receive my package yet been 3 weeks.
It was an approximately $ 100 dollar.
Been trying to reach them by email and by phone but they won’t reply or answer the phone.
This is call theft in my opinion,
If Nutricity does not want to deliver or can not deliver at least they should refund the customers.
If I do not hear from them I will file a complaint to the business bureau.

scam

I believe this is a fraudulent store. They charged my credit card, no order confirmation, no delivery notice, no delivery. No reply to email messages, and no phone number to call. Seems to be another version of nutricity.com.au, which has been reported by others as a scam. I'm reporting them to Shopify, if you had the same experience you can too, at Shopify > Legal > Report a merchant.
