good quality product but have to wait for product as company or product not actually based in Australia?

As of 15 June, I have NOT yet received the medication.

Consequently, I have no comment about the efficacy of the medication

Excellent customer service with speedy delivery after ordering. Would definitely return to reorder.

The products that I did receive are excellent, as was the Customer Service Support from Mandy...The reason for the 3 stars only is because instead of 7 - 12 days delivery as stated, the delivery took 7 weeks & part of my order did not show at all - however that was refunded in a timely manner. My suggestion would be to let customers know if the product is not here in Australia & that it may take some weeks for orders to arrive from other countries.

I don’t know the estimate time for the delivery, has been too long already. If i knew that it would takes ages I wouldn't have bought

If I could vote less stars I would. Do not purchase from this website. I ordered a Biotin supplement over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it. There’s no tracking information provided and when enquiring about an eta I keep getting the same automated response. Their website states they are located in Australia however there’s no evidence to support that and when doing further research I find they are located in India. I am now taking this further legally. Don’t waste your money or time.

I didn't receive the item after a month. so disappointed. I canceled the order and asked for refund.

Not in a million years would I buy from them again. I’m still waiting for my refund for an item that is weeks past delivery and hasn’t moved in 3 weeks from the depot in America. They refuse to refund saying it’s just a delay despite what their policy states. Don’t waste your money or time and shop elsewhere

Do not purchase from this company unless you want to lose your money. They never sent the item, refused to provide valid tracking information and refused to offer a refund for a product not delivered.

I am yet to receive my order. I would like a refund ASAP. It is now May 1, 2024

Ordered a product on 4th April...still haven't received it.
Customers should not be led to believe you have the product in stock when obviously you do not!!
