Happy that I got my parcel and it is legit company. There was small misunderstanding with information about delivery courier, but everything went good in overall. Happy with purchase and thank you so much.

I needed an Ayurvedic product quite quickly. There were plenty of this particular product on eBay, but the delivery time was very long (up to two months).

I found Nutriplex, and I was happy that they could deliver in 2-3 days. I emailed them just to clarify. That was 2.5 weeks ago. No response.

I found another company, and they gave me a time frame, but it came earlier. It took 8 days to arrive. The company is called Distacart.

It worked out well as they were cheaper! Answer your emails Nutriplex. Customer service is everything.

Update: WHAT A COMPLETE LIE!!
They said they responded to my email (lie number 1), then I received my order two days after placing it (lie number 2).
I DIDN’T EVEN PLACE AN ORDER!!! Why would I when you didn’t even respond to my initial email??!!

Learn from this! Do not, I repeat NOT treat potential customers like idiots!!

I was dubious ordering a retinol product from here, since I've never heard of them. However, it was a straightforward purchase. I ordered after Xmas and was sent an email to say they'd be delivering my purchase in two weeks due to the festive postage times - understandably. Product arrived promptly shortly after they dispatched it. Product itself is authentic with a long expiry date. Thank you for the product and service.

Fantastic customer service! I was sent the wrong product and accidentally the website went down right after I received my order so the email I sent to flag the issue didn’t go through.
I contacted them through PayPal and I received a very polite answer shortly after and the correct item was sent to me immediately.
The product I received has its entire shelf life of 2 years also! I will definitely order again from this retailer.

I ordered the hydroquinone cream from T*kT*k,my order came so late with the cream leaking out as the packaging had been trampled on and I couldn't get any help from the seller.My order with Nutriplex was so quick,of value and very efficient,and I am so grateful hence I wanted to post a review Hydroquinone cream is so useful as it genuinely does work on pigmentation,in my case I saw results in a matter of days.I put the hydroquinone cream on my cleansed and toned skin,and then put on my regular serums and moisturiser.I've heard from other users that it needs to be used no more than 6 months,whereas others have used it upto 3 years and then have not needed to use it after this time,I assume each circumstance is different.I will try to update my review when I feel I no longer need to use hydroquinone as no melasma is occurring on my face.Again,thank you Nutriplex for your fast and efficient service.
