Have just discovered that when they have outstanding consultation questions they swap to sending you a non prescription niacinamide cream and continue the billing process. I had a period of 6 months where I was paying for a prescription service and receiving a generic cream. I was dealing with some very difficult circumstances at the time and skin and me took advantage of that. Beyond furious.

I have just started my 3rd month of my subscription. I started Skin and me to help with anti aging and skin texture. I HONESTLY notice a difference already. My skin is hydrated, super smooth and soft! I just look brighter. Other people have started to notice in the last week or two, I've had several people ask what foundation I'm wearing-i wasn't wearing any! I haven't had any dryness. To save costs, I used my own moisturiser which works but the sample I got the first month was super rich and lovely. If it wasn't for cost saving benefits then I'd include that in the subscription as well. Would definitely recommend, love the daily doser and that all thought about products and routine has been taken away. Super simple!

I’m 56 and always suffered with my skin so I was sceptical as I have tried hundreds of products over the years and probably could have bought a brand new car by now! I was already feeling really low when Menopause brought back rosacea and acne. I thought this would just be another product cluttering up my bathroom and emptying my purse. Anyway I bought it, didn’t realise I had an extra payment as a prescription charge and the faff/ embarrassment of sending pictures of my ugly face, but after researching the ingredients found you cannot get the treatment/ingredients without a prescription. Also wasn’t wanting a subscription and intended to cancel when it went to full price!
Anyway the product came and had loads of freeby trials in (obviously they want you to add other stuff to your subscription) I was totally blown away! Within days my skin looked 80% better. I use half the amount but both day and night and it hasn’t caused any dryness or irritation. I just received my 3rd order and I’m feeling so good I’ll just keep getting it. I think I’ll try their sister company Renew and me to tackle my other concerns. I 100% recommend looking into both for any skin problems/concerns. Definitely the best money I’ve spent on skincare ever!
