John and Sam were brilliant. They came early in the morning did the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves, talked me through everything, and were very friendly, and made me feel at ease. Well done Lads

Very happy with works completed. Friendly and respectful guys who arrived nice and early, on the day that was agreed, and thrashed it out until the job was done. Remained alert with the presence of pets, ensuring they did not get out while doors were open and cleaned up afterwards! Couldn't fault, thank you for a great job :)

Matt and paddy were lovely guys, friendly, polite and very efficient from start to finish, very impressed with the quality of my new windows, these guys go above and beyond, and really enjoy their job which is great to see, top job!!

I’m happy with the work I’ve had done on my new windows and doors look great and they was fitted really good and professional. They was done on time they definitely knew what they was doing need more trades people (jonh&sam) like this polite, cleaned up after them selfs so it made a big job easier I’m well pleased.

3 out of 4 windows fitted had issues.

One pane arrived already broken (and fitted regardless) and one pane failed to arrive and a door panel was put in place.
Still waiting over 2 weeks later for replacements.

All measurements were also wrong, but they managed to be fitted.

Poor finish with loose trim and mess left behind.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Jon and Phil were very professional, very friendly and went above and beyond. I am so happy with my new windows and I was sad to see them go.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Gavin and Simon fitted my new windows and front door on Thursday 6th March, 2025. They did an excellent job, and worked in a clean and orderly fashion throughout. It was a pleasure to have such polite and respective men working in my home, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Gavin and Simon - definitely worth a 5 star review!

Absolutely useless. Miss matched windows, smashed one and stuck a piece of plastic over part of the break, damaged window sill.. I could go on. Just because it's a housing association property doesn't mean you treat it with disrespect.

Fitted Jamie and Dean were fab! Got the job done quickly.

Had two gentleman by the names of John & Sam go above and beyond with their service whilst doing a full window and front door installation. They were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they helped my disabled Mother feel at ease within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. Also dealt with a supervisor called Yvette a few times prior and also after and she was equally magnificent as the two guys. 100% happy and grateful to everybody and highly recommend this company. Fantastic service and a fantastic job was done.

Brilliant had full home install done today on CastleVale and I got to say to from the moment the two fitters arrived they did not stop the work until completion and the finish on all windows is perfect. Work was done by John and Sam

Excellent sam and steve made my experience of having anxiety and dealing with people in my home a goid experience they did their job amazing and i felt very safe would highly recommend them it was like they was never here immaculate and brilliant at their jobs

I had Keith and Nathan do my windows couldn't have asked for anyone better they worked around a busy house (kids and pets) and nothing was to much trouble they did a brilliant job and cleaned up everything top blokes windows are keeping in the heat so much better now

Nationwide Windows had the whole house fitted and front and back door
The fitters was polite and really helpful put all protected sheets down on the carpet and even cleaned up at this house and offered to vacuum the bits I fell into the carpet highly recommend nationwide Windows as the windows and doors are brilliant Castle Vale Housing has done very well by choosing these

Had new windows& doors fitted today, the two lads Matt & Paddy were excellent , polite ,efficient very clean workmanship 10 / 10 highly recommended well done lads & thanks again 👍 and the quality of the windows is exceptional.......
