Change from Biffa to NWH…
We recently changed from Biffa to NWH Group for our waste uplifts, and made a good saving on our costs. Finlay from NWH co-ordinated the supplier changeover which went very smoothly, and the service so far ( 3 months) has been excellent -

Started to use NWH earlier in the year and have not had any problems what do ever
They are very punctual when delivering materials for site and also very helpful when you need to speak to some one with regards various items
We normally speak to Simone Paul if we need to ask about items of who is very knowledgeable about her job

We needed a 40yard skip delivered to site as soon as possible and called NWH to see if they could help. Thankfully Simone Paul answered the phone and talked us through the account set up process, rates and delivery times. Our account was open and skip delivered in record time. Couldn't be happier overall with the service.

I have been dealing with Finlay the past few months as we switched from Enva to NWH for the bins for my business and it has been great so far. The communication has been brilliant and the timing is great. Never had any issues and it has been smooth sailing so far. Much better experience than other companies I have dealt with!
