NWH, Great to deal with, had a great experience with Shaunni, our clients requirements changed frequently on a site, which put the site team under a bit of pressure as materials we're needed urgently, Shaunni went out her way to assist, getting the materials needed to us at short notice on multiple occasions, even had the good nature to have a laugh about it with the guys when they called in.

Great to have confidence in a company that can make that happen.

Hollie, to respond to your response this morning, the issue was resolved a week after I posted my first review.
The issue as I understand it was that NWH had taken over a Glasgow based skip company but didn’t have enough drivers in place to collect skips already out.
I won’t be job specific.
I was doing my neighbour a favour by letting the skip be on my drive who was having their drive done, so the road was not congested for my neighbours.

By comparison to other firms, NWH have been standout great so far. Rachel Morrison has been super helpful and the onboarding and setup is quick, efficient and personalised.

Was woken up at 5:40 am to a lot of racket. Turns out this company think thats a great time to be dropping off skips. Some people are trying to sleep for work. St Pauls road in Jarrow
