Shocking service
The coach was booked to collect a school party at 9.00 am to go to Southampton to catch a ferry. When we called to confirm where he was to park at 8.30 am we were told he was the other side of London. He finally arrived at gone 10.00 am. We loaded up the children and were then informed he needed a 45 minute break on the way. This resulted in the children missing 2 ferries and half their first day of their school trip.

The coach was clean efficient quiet.aircon was perfect .
Your gents were great .really nice chaps ..everyone liked them.
They got us there in really good time .. tad too early back to the reception but it was a beautiful day and no one cared lol .

I am still awaiting an answer to my e-mail from 10 days ago to you. The e-mail complained that although I paid for an executive coach so that we could have a toilet and a microphone. Neither of these worked. I await your reply.
