I bought two chandeliers to redecorate my living room and I'm thrilled with the result. They are truly beautiful, elegant, and crafted with a quality that's evident from the first moment. We had a minor issue with one of the pieces, but the Nyra Lighting team resolved it quickly, professionally, and with great empathy.

We bought two Chandeliers, they are both great. we are very happy with our purchase. We did have a couple of issues which were rectified with understanding and efficiency we were not questioned about our honesty we were asked for photos and a description and the parts to fix the issue were arranged and sent directly we feel the customer service is excellent.

I recently purchased a curated selection of lighting fixtures, including several NYRA Wabi Sabi pieces, the Houdini and Haniya chandeliers, Elios wall lamps (qty 5), and standout designs like the Orbital Pendant and Evlon Circular Ceiling Light. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
Each piece brings a unique aesthetic while still complementing the overall design of the space. The Wabi Sabi Ceiling Lights and Fabric Shade create a calming, organic ambiance. The Houdini Chandelier is a stunning focal point—elegant and sculptural, with a warm and welcoming glow. The Haniya Chandelier, with its beautiful blue tone, adds a refined and artistic pop of color.
The Elios Wall Lamps (qty 5) in matte black are both sleek and functional, offering sophisticated, directional lighting that enhances any wall or corridor. Amazing from Nyrah Lighting!
I have joined Nyra lightings trade programme and recently ordered a bespoke Luna Glass Chandelier for the entrance of one of our high-end developments — and honestly, it couldn’t have turned out better.
The piece is absolutely stunning and adds a real sense of luxury the moment you walk in. You can tell it’s been made with care — the quality of the glass, the finish, everything feels premium.
What I really appreciate with Nyra is how easy they are to deal with. Communication is quick, they understand the pressures of development timelines, and everything arrived exactly when promised. Solid customer service and beautiful products — I’ll definitely be using them again on future projects.

Poor Quality
We specialise in high-quality construction, based in central and South London and our clients requested specified lights from Nyra for their finished house. We ordered over £2,000 worth of fixtures from Nyra. On arrival, the packaging was poor and cheap, some items were damaged in transit, and the quality of the fixtures was incredibly low-grade. We also purchased the exact same Neo Ceiling Lamp from Wayfair for 1/3 of the price, which also went back due to quality issues. On a positive note, Nyra did refund us in full, and their response time/customer service was very good.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues with your order – after looking into it, it seems the courier mishandled the package, which caused the damage and affected how everything arrived. It’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have with Nyra. Whilst we can not speak for the poor quality of the Wayfair product, we take great pride in the quality of our products and as a result we will be working with our manufacturing partners to understand the issues with this particular order and ensure they are not repeated
That said, I’m really glad we were able to arrange a full refund for you quickly. We’ve also taken this seriously on our end and have recently changed suppliers to ensure better packaging and handling moving forward.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’d love to send you one of our premium wall lamps free of charge – just a small way of saying sorry and giving you a proper feel of the quality we’re actually proud of when everything arrives as it should.

I recently purchased the Golden Grape Vine Chandelier, and the entire experience—from consultation to delivery—was nothing short of exceptional. I had a 1-hour in-depth video consultation with Nimrah from customer service, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. I placed several light orders from Nyra London earlier this year and have been extremely satisfied with both the product quality and their high level of customer service. I recently decided that I would prefer warm white bulbs instead of cool white bulbs for my 160 bulb dining fixture. I emailed Josh at Nyra London who quickly processed the order and I received the replacement bulbs within a few days. They have now been installed and the fixture looks terrific over my dining room table.

While we dispatched all three lamps on time, it appears that one of our parcels was unfortunately lost by the courier, Evri, which regrettably caused the delay. We completely understand that this situation was far from ideal but was out of our control (The lamps were shipped on time from our side for 7-9 day delivery). We are also very sorry the staff at Evri damaged one of our beautiful resin lamps!
On a positive note, due to a recent feature in House & Garden Magazine (October 2024 issue), our lamps went viral, and this unprecedented demand led to a temporary stock shortage, causing an additional delay in shipping the replacement. We truly appreciate your patience during this time.

Ren Bamboo lamp
I chose the Ren bamboo lamp and from order to delivery Nyra were fantastic to work with. They were informative, let me know stage by stage when to expect my delivery. It was packaged beautifully and arrived on time. I am incredibly pleased and would not hesitate to order again! The quality is fantastic!
