I ordered and paid for some DVDs back in early September. I have not heard back, and no DVDs. And I can't find any way to contact them. It looks like their website may be down. Have they folded?

Yes, NZGameshop sales channel did go into administration but has been bought by a new owner who has transferred all old orders, staff, and stock.
Therefore we are aiming to still fulfill all existing orders and we will now be focusing on fixing the system issues to get the website and customer experience back to where it used to be.
Part of the recent changes is the website is currently being upgraded which is why it is offline for this brief moment.
Our Customer Service is always happy to help and is contactable via email on info@xbite.co.uk, social media or telephone.

Placed an order 18th September, no response and no game. Looking at the rest of the reviews it doesn't seem like anyone is receiving their games. Very disappointing can someone from this company contact me about my game or a refund.

Hi Kim, you may have seen on social media or our responses to other reviews that we have been going through some business changes such as moving warehouses and recently under new ownership. As such we are facing delays with orders being sent out and some orders not being able to be fulfilled.

I have just received my refund. Thanks to the team for finally processing it, so I have added 1 star. I hope that nzgameshop can make a turnaround after this disaster and that this will never happen again.

Over a month ago I ordered a couple of games (24 August and 2 September). DID NOT GET AN UPDATE THAT TWO WERE CANCELLED! Waiting for a refund for the cancelled games. This is an unacceptable.
Unfortunately they used to be a good place to buy games that did not have local stock in NZ. Not worth it anymore :(

I’m starting to worry about this business and if it’s it’s legit. I ordered 3 weeks ago and tried to chase up via email but have since received delivery failure notifications. The Website now seems to have disappeared. Looks like my husband is down a few birthday presents . Would appreciate some correspondence. Very unhappy.

Complete Scam
This website is a scam. I ordered at the start of September, did not hear for weeks and barely received an email stating they were about to dispatch my order after enquiring. Any attempt to reply to that email returned a delivery failure notification and now the website has completely shut!

You may have seen the banner on our website before our site went into maintenance but due to the system issues we are facing the normal email system customers use is down.

No satisfied anymore
I have been using this company for over 6 or 7 years and had no trouble. But recently I had some bad experienes. My order have been canceled without notice several times.
Also I have E-mailed regards to the problem with my controller and no respnse at all. Not recommend anymore.

Have used this site a number of times over the years. They often have items I cannot find anywhere else. Prices are great, and everything is always in great condition. Sometimes the delivery is a bit slow, but that is because they are sourcing things from overseas that would probably cost more in postage to get yourself.

Cheap prices and have so many games to choose. From old retro ps3 games to ps5. Been looking for a special edition of the game and this is the only website that have stock with. Awesome stuff
