Oakheart Property Opiniões

I can’t fault them.
They were so helpful quick and efficient and turned a really stressful situation into a positive one for me.

Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus!
At one point the sale fell through but it was resold within the week. I honestly can’t recommend enough!!!

Fantastic new Elite Estate Agents in Sudbury. Excellent group of people to worth with. I wasn't always in Sudbury but the whole office kept an eye on my house from day 1 through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent. The online portal was invaluable with weekly updates on my buyers status and also mine. Having moved quite a few times I have never been represented by a better office than Oakheart. Thank you all.

After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart. We were buying our first home and every step of the way the whole team were helpful, polite and efficient and any question or request however large or small was dealt with promptly. Annalise called regularly to update us on the progress of the sale and the team arranged multiple viewings for us to see the property. Thank you to the Oakheart team for all their help, I would be sure to recommend them to anyone in the future.

We were very impressed with Tommy in the Sudbury office from suggesting and arranging viewings as we were 2 hours away to calling outside of office hours to confirm our offer had been accepted. The whole team in Sudbury are very professional and quick to respond. Would highly reccommend and found them the best and most efficient estate agent we have dealt with in the area

Oakheart went above and beyond what I expected the staff were excellent and extremely helpful and courteous from beginning to end. They helped me through a difficult move and were always on hand to offer assistance and highly recommend them

Oakheart have delivered great customer service both at Sudbury and Colchester offices. They have supported us through our move and kept us updated throughout. Would definitely recommend them for a professional service.

The team at Oakheart Property have shown there professionalism and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
I have to compliment the Lettings Manager who was handling my house, and he managed to find tenants within a very short window and the team in the office processed everything promptly and swiftly without any issues.
I would recommend any landlords to use Oakheart, because they are reliable, friendly, and professional.

Once again thank you team!

The best estate agents in Colchester. From the start when Ben came and gave us a quote right through with Annalise keeping us informed right through to exchange, I have never known anyone work as hard as she has. I would say I would use them again if we moved but this is our retiring move. Thank You Oakheart

The team at Oakheart were so professional from first valuing my property through to completing the sale. They achieved a sale figure better than I thought I would receive. They undertook the full process with exemplary professionalism. Made the process easy and removed any unnecessary stress.

Honestly couldn’t recommend Oakheart enough, every step of the way they have been incredible. Annalise is amazing..so supportive and professional - absolutely nothing was too much hassle or effort and we are so thankful for her relentless chasing of other agents. Fantastic contact and communication really highlighted by a brief interaction with another (rude!) agents further down the chain..Complete opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of service, Oakheart a total cut above the rest. Although I hope I never have to move again, I’d without a doubt choose Oakheart every time.

Oakheart have been great throughout the process of selling our house, Sammy and the team have been supportive and kept us informed the whole way through.
Thank you so much for all of your help. Would 100% recommend Oakheart to anyone selling their property

I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.

We have had an amazing experience with Oakheart so far. We managed to sell our property quickly, such was our need, and Craig has been on hand virtually 24/7 throughout, with help and advice on not only our sale but also with our search for a new property. There has never been any pressure at all, just helpful advice and care taken to assess our actual needs. Would definitely recommend to everyone thinking of selling.

Oakheart Property and Sammy has been very supportive during the tense time of purchasing a property. Sammy went above and beyond to support, providing regular updates.
Thank you

Oakheart have been so supportive throughout the process of buying our flat. It hasn’t been the smoothest of rides (no fault of their own) but Sammy and the team have been amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We’re still in the process of selling our home, but Oakheart have been amazing and really gone above and beyond for us. The whole team have been great especially Darren and Kelly, but special thanks go to Sammy who has given us so much help in navigating a really tricky process. Sammy has gone out of her way to overcome problems and has been able to move things forward when no one else in the chain has. We feel so much better knowing we have her help to get our sale through.

I recently purchased my home through Darrell at Oakheart Property and I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Even though we encountered bumps in the road I was kept updated at all stages throughout and felt assured everything possible was being done. I hope I’m not looking to move anytime soon but if I was I would not hesitate to use Oakheart - highly recommend!!

Professional, well-mannered and not over-bearing. Oakheart made the whole process of the house purchase easy and enjoyable. Sammy really helped to maintain momentum and was a pleasure to liaise with.

From day 1 of putting our offer in Oakheart have been great. A special mention to Sammy who was amazing at chasing everyone and ensuring we were always updated. We really felt that Sammy went above and beyond to get our purchase through and we felt we had her undivided attention. Without Sammy I don't think the sale would have gone through, and I definitely would have pulled my hair out if Sammy didn't reassure me everytime we had a setback.

Overall very happy with Oakheart and would definitely use them if we were to ever sell our house in the distant future :)
