DONOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.
One star is to much - item received was absolute rubbish, not fit for purpose and broken.
I emailed them 26.07.2026 they replied to say a replacement would be sent - nothing received. I have emailed them every day but to date no replacement or refund.
Contacted my bank today who have put the money in dispute and will investigate on my behalf.
DO NOT USE THEM. The product is flimsy, not fit for purpose, weak, broken, and nothing like the website.

This is one of the cheap Chinese company not even deserving one star ! They do extensive marketing on Pinterest for their rubbish products. Once you have bought the product it disappeared from the Pinterest website . I bought a grill pan from there for £29.99. It looked it was iron and heavy metal grill for all kind of hobs instead it turned out a paper thin some plastic coated metal plate . Disgusting.. so disappointing. It took parcel to arrive more than 4 weeks in a flimsy cardboard without any instructions. If I return it now how long will it take me to get my money back.. or I might not !!! Because I emailed their customer service support where my product was they never replied!! Do not waste your money on these websites selling on Instagram or Pinterest!!

I made a purchase from this company, only on the understanding that I could return said item for a refund if necessary. When I checked this, apparently there was no issue, and it was a very straightforward procedure.
I started to message the company on the day that I received the item (3rd August) asking to initiate a return. Several emails to the "support" department later, and absolutely NO response. Please don't waste your money, as I obviously have.

Repeatedly emailed to request return and refund. NO REPLY- SCAMMERS

Do not buy anything from this company!
After seeing a fitness resistance band advertised by them on Pinterest I thought I could buy with confidence!
How wrong was I!
The product was a cheap Chinese made item which I immediately told them I neither liked nor wanted!
I e-mailed them several times but all I got offered were discounts that I declined.
Am still waiting for a return address and refund some six weeks after receiving it!
They are actually consumer law violators!

Would be a zero rating!
I ordered brushes all advertising pics show fuuimui brushes. The paint brushes that have arrived are not fuuimui. I contacted Oakmere immediately assuming their “24/7” consumer support wa genuine. It’s not! 3 attempts to contact them over 4 days, all ignored. Don’t buy from this company. They are a sham. Products advertised are not as described.

Ordered hair straighteners not as described very cheap and nasty
Tried 6 time as advised on order to contact support to return within 30 days.. no answer they are dirty rotten scoundrels DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Purchased 2 kinetic windcharms/ both unfit for purpose/poorly manufactured.

The website states fast delivery but mine took around 10 days. On receipt of my order 2 x kinetic windcharms, one was broken on the pole/stake section which comes in sections that require screwing together. The part where one section screws into another was not fixed in place and therefore would not hold together . Tried the second windcharm and the spokes kept falling out of the hooks so there was no kinetic force. Tried the windcharm on a windy day and no kinetic movement( once spokes had been put back in place) even tried windcharm infront of a strong electric fan and still nothing so my view is that the windcharms do not work as advertised and are unfit for purpose.
Contacted OakmereandCo via email 3 times to sort a return and full refund but have had no acknowledgment/response

Stay well clear. Ordered a wood splitter it arrived after approximately 2 weeks and was nothing like the advertised item. Tried to contact them for a return address, as stated on their website, they offered a 30% discount to keep the item. I declined and they never responded again. This appears to be the latest scam these type of companies are using!
