I purchased a motorcycle mounting kit and patrol bag but did not receive it for several months. I sent Oaks & Phoenix three emails to enquire where my goods were, with no response whatsoever. It was only once I initiated a refund through my bank that Oaks & Phoenix responded. It turns out my package was lost. Oaks & Phoenix eventually rectified the situation. After receiving the product, I can say that I am satisfied with the product but my overall experience had been tarnished by the lack of communication.

I bought my backpack more than 3 years ago, was very happy with it and used it almost daily for work. Now one of the hinges is worn down so that the strap falls off.
I really would like to find a solution to fix it - I am even willing to pay for it.

But I called and wrote Oaks&Phoenix several emails without getting any response.
I am very disappointed by the service. This is a waste of money and material and the opposite of sustainable if I have no option to repair the bag.

Endnu engang må jeg bare lige give 5 stjerner til både service og taske hos Oaks & Phoenix. Købte denne gang en “Chief bag” til min lillebror i julegave og selvom jeg ændrede mening om både farve og forsendelsesadresse undervejs, var der hurtig respons. Og min lillebror er helt vild med tasken❤️🎉

I did alot of research when it came to picking a bag that was visually appealling to me and did what was required of it. I went with the Chief bag from Oaks and Phoenix. Although there was loads of pretty pictures with guys holding the bag. But not many of the specs of the bag. 1 photo showed the inside with some clothes in the bag along with some stationary. But i decided to go ahead ultimately based on the look of the bag alone and holding there was more inside :(

My 3 stars is based on limited compartment space and the exclusion of a smart sleeve.

The quality of the leather is good and the bag feels like it will out live me. Just disappointed in the lack of compartments for a bag that is nearly a 200 pound.

If Oaks and Phoenix incorporate a smart sleeve and additional compartments. This bag would be 5 stars all day.

Amazing bags. I have the Arctic in brown with the tanks straps. What a brilliant idea and execution. The quality is better than I could have hoped for. The only thing that might surpass the product is the service they provide. I had a small issue with my bag and they were quick respond to issue a replacement.

Oak & Phoenix are worth every penny.

En rigtig god og stærk taske i fin læderkvalitet. Jeg er svært tilfreds med min taske og kvaliteten som føles et nyk højere end andre lædertasker, jeg har set. Jeg er desuden meget tilfreds med den service, som jeg har fået hos Oaks & Phoenix. Servicen flugter med taskens kvalitet. Jeg giver derfor Oaks & Phoenix mine varmeste anbefalinger med på vejen!

First of all, the bag is a treat in it self. I bought a weekendender which has a feel of very high quaility from the leather finish and provides a spacious and good looking bag. Everything seems well thought through with dedicated spaces for a laptop, tablet and 3 smaller inside pockets. Very happy for my purchase

Secondly, Jakob was very helpful in my exchange from a black to a brown version. Fast answer, easy progress and the kindest custumerservice.

Oaks & Phoenix will receive my highest recommendations and the best of luck in the future.

These guys are great and their products are amazing!
Ordered two of the weekend bags and the bike mounting kit for my Honda CB750 k.
The bike mounting straps where super simple to install and hold everything nicely in place. The bag(s) themselves are really well made and look great on or off the bike.
So if you're looking for something a bit special then i would definitely recommend these guys.

I've got 2 bags: smaller backpack Arctic Day Bag in black for me and the Chief bag same colour for my wife. Both bags look great. The quality is also good. Delivery was fast and free!

Oaks & Phoenix really lives up to its promise of functionality, simplicity and quality! The buffalo leather has a look and feel that is both sturdy and distinguished. If you’re looking for a backpack to take from the boardroom to the bar, this is the one. Last but not least, their delivery went super smooth. Highly recommended.

Jeg har i noget tid været på jagt efter en letbenet labtop taske og mine krav er simple, den skal beskytte min computer på en fornuftig måde, lynlåsen skal holde mere end en måned, og den skal bruges dagligt til og fra kontoret samt når jeg flyver så jeg skal have en strop eller kunne montere en strop på siden så den ikke dratter af min trolly. Jeg har forgæves trævlet gennem div taskebutikker for kun skuffet at finde china knock off skrammel lavet af billige materialer og i designs der lader din pc stå direkte på gulvet kun beskyttet af sin vedsiden af erhvervede sleeve.

Jeg har lige hentet mit eksemplar af Oaks & Phoenix artic weekender sant en chiefbag, damn det er kræs!

Chiefbag labtoptasken kommer i en lidt børstet finish og er stinkende fedt lavet, syningerne er lige og læderet er fejlfrit. Der er gennemtænkte detaljer som fks at computerlommen stopper 2cm fra bunden af tasken så den ikke bumper i gulvet når tasken stilles. Lynlåsen er bred og virker super robust. Hardware i metal virker robust og i det hele taget nemt at justere. Man kan åbne tasken helt op så der er fuld adgang.

Artic weekender tasken er stor nok til et par sko jeans og et par skjorter så man kommer langt omkring med den på ryggen, der er en labtop lomme på bagsiden der igen er stoppet før bunden af tasken så man ikke bumper sin computer i gulvet når man stiller den fra sig.

Jeg er totalt oppe og køre over taskerne! Det er lækkert håndværk og godt design, og kvaliteten er i top! Keep up the good work jeg kan på alle mulige måder kun anbefale oaks & phoenix på min ønskeliste til jul står deres tour bag!

Great looking bags and amazing leather. I purchased the artic weekender, chief and motorcycle straps. Jakob was extremely helpful when answering my questions. Everything arrived quickly. Great service. Looking forward to Christmas so I can start using them!
