My first ever server. I had a lot of dumb questions, but all were answered by the support team. Not only that, but they take less than 1h to answer them. Another thing I love is their plans, which are all fairly priced, especially in comparison to other hosts. All in all, a great overall experience

This service provides great customer services for such a new and upcoming server provider. I hope this service maintains its great customer support as it would set itself out from much bigger companies like Apex whilst still providing the services of a paid server
The host is very good, works perfectly even with not big amount of ram, i played on a server (semi-vanilla with a few plugins) and it worked good without any crashes, it's very stable and better than other hosts for the same price
