Jenny made my experience with Obsyss great. Apparently one of my watches in my order was missing on arrival. I called and Jenny was my contact. She made sure that I got a replacement and relieved me of any anxiety or concerns. I received my replacement in a week. Thank you Jenny!

THIS IS 100% A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE THEIVES YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. I purchased a watch from this company for 100.00 usd that arrived in pieces. I contacted the Chinese company via phone for a warrantyclaim, but the number goes nowhere. It actually hangs up on you. 0 response via email.

Great Customer Service
I had a very positive experience with Obyss thanks in large part to customer service rep Jenny. I made two errors in ordering and in making a payment and she patiently helped solve all of my issues in a timely manner. Jenny was pleasant and thorough and followed up quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Obyss in the future.

Great Customer Service!!!
I received my watch from Obsyss with a small defect. I reached out to Jenny in customer service, and she responded almost immediately. Jenny was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement at no cost.
The new watch arrived quickly and was perfect this time. Throughout the entire process, Jenny stayed in touch to make sure I was completely satisfied, which really showed how much she cares about her customers.
Outstanding customer service like Jenny's is hard to find these days. I couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled, and I would 100% recommend buying from Obsyss!

Avoid ! Avoid! Cheap China rubbish. This company is conning people. They are from China. Not America or the uk. It says no hassle returns but don’t believe it. They are a nightmare.

I was so flustered with this entire experience. I order a watch for my bf over a month ago and never gotten any updates. once I reached out Tiffany has been INCREDIBLE!!! not only is she patient, kind , kept me updated with the entire process and did whatever she could within her power to make sure I was taken care of.. Another Great Experience
Ordering from their online store is always easy. Their watches are 5-star in quality and style. Their customer service is great, as Tiffany followed up with me to make sure I received my order and that everything was to my liking. In today's hustle-bustle world, that is an exceptional quality in a company to have. This isn't my 1st order with OBSYSS, as I have purchased their fine timepieces to add to my watch collection.
If you're looking for a fine timepiece at a great price, then OBSYSS is the only choice.

This watch does not keep time.
This watch does not keep time properly. It works until it doesn't. The second hand freezes or gets stuck and the time gets lost.
It looks like an expensive watch but performs like something else. The strap is also low quality. Had high hopes but was disappointed.

Great watches, better customer setvice
The watches available on this site are great and reasonably priced.
Any concerns I had with shipping or a small issue once I received the items were quickly answered by customer service. I worked with Jenny and she was extremely responsive and professional. She understood the problem and exceeded my expectations in her resolution. Highly recommended!
