All I would say for the price they are charging,you are being taken for a ride.The same watches are available from various sights,and the original companies for less money with guarantees than Obsyss are charging.Main headquarters in the Netherlands,but watches made in China.I have several Naviforce watches which cost a lot less than Obsyss are charging for the same items

Poor customer service!!
I ordered a watch from them it came quickly but didnt work,there customer service is slow and very poor,claiming they couldn't refund my money at first but now they can???and wanting me to send back to them the broken watch at my expense honestly once bitten twice shy,the worst £85 i ever spent would never deal with these again ever!!

Awful quality of Shirts . I have seen better quality in a Ugandan market stall.
Falsely advertised on the website ! waited 2 weeks for delivery (from china)charged at £75! Then to return the package to USA it cost £25 AND they charge a "25%" restocking fee! Its a way to get money for free. Its fraud.
Sell products and make money even with a returned goods!

after several weeks toing and froing by email over a item return situation, obsyss have told me there will no further conversations between us.which leaves them with the returned goods and the money I paid at initial purchase.not good is it

SCAM. Do not buy from this company. They are selling and advertising a $15 watch for over $200, and even the watch came with no holes on straps they refused a refund. STAY AWAY and buy their watchs from others for a fraction of price. Horrible customer service. Reported to ACCC.

I bought a watch that was completely different from the one advertised. I looked for a return service, but the service wasn't clear. After contacting support, they told me I had to pay the return shipping plus 25% of the purchase price. They offered me a $15 consolation voucher. I really advise you to stay away from this site. Go spend your money where you can get more guarantees.

I ordered a really nice shirt for a great deal, and I live in Canada so I didn’t know the Chinese new year was occurring and everyone was on holiday. When I inquired about the reason for the delay both Tiffany and Jenny were extremely nice and helpful and gave me great customer service updates and the order came through in the alotted time. When my shipment arrived they emailed to confirm.

Watch strap was lightweight and felt like plastic watch face looks really good but doesn’t have any weight too it overall very disappointing was very concerned about buying and wish I hadn’t could of won the same quality watch on a grab machine in the arcades 😞

You get more than you pay for.
These watches from Obsyss are pretty darn good. Are there better watches out there? Yes, but not for this price. You can either go and spend lots of money on a very expensive watch or buy a few of these and have a nice little watch collection that looks like you spent a lot. I already have a few expensive watches, but Obsyss had some watches that looked so good I just had to have. I can wear them to work and not worry about damaging my expensive ones, yet still have people compliment me on my watch. Their customer service is also great. Tiffany was such a pleasure to deal with. She stayed in constant contact with me until my issue was resolved. Now I just need to figure out which watch or watches I want next.
