Ordered tender on Feb 2nd. Received emaol it was being prepared for despatch and I woipd be contacted agsain when despatched.

No more commun8cation.
Nothing despatchrd.
Nothing has been delivered.
Emailed Simon 12th Feb asking why I hadnt heard or received anthing.
It is now evening Feb 16th. No reply from Simon.

So, my experience so far is Ocean First have been awful. Ocean Last would bd more appropriate.

Good communication about availability timings and delivery on time. The dinghy is now inflated and looks very good, yet to try it out.

Initial contact went well. Discussed our requirements and purchased a 3D Tender. Payment issues at collection. A week later mismatched oars noticed, can’t row. Weeks to rectify, endless follow up emails. Slowly air starts leaking. We are cruising and within a month we are pumping up twice a day. Contacted Simon, who is at boat show. Says to contact him end of month. Contact factory who offer to send some glue! It is discovered our tender is leaking from behind the rubber strake and under the ‘chaps, stitching. Boat has no visible damage, cruising in the UK climate. Turns out our model has no warranty in ‘Tropical’ climate, where we told Simon we were going. 3D do not honour their website terms. The 3D factory despite having a worldwide dealer network require all repairs to be done in Brest. Shipping at our cost (approximately 3/4 vale of tender our quote) from within Europe. Unfeasible from anywhere else. Their tenders are not the weight and size advertised incidentally. Model we bought was VibAir 280. A good design but poorly built. Disappointing service from Simon at Ocean First Marine, and 3D Tender unbelievable in their complete lack of interest to resolve the matter.

The Product and delivery were great, my only reservation is that delivery took a couple of weeks, and I was not sent expected date or tracking reference.

I was ordering from another country,and the response to my query was accurate and honest.
The product was as described and the pricing was competitive.

delivery was quick. Product well packaged with no unecessary plastic. the dinghy (3D tender 270) is excellent so farb ut I have only used it during one weekend.

Good price on 3D tender. In stock when many suppliers are on back order. Courier delivery fine too!

Good quick response to initial request. Responded with details , and when we asked more detailed questions went out of way too ensure we had the information required . Top job 👍🏻☺️

Simon from Oceanfirst Marine could not have been more helpful, holding stock for me and making sure we had the tender in time for our holiday. Once we’d confirmed which model was being shipped, delivery was prompt, and everything turned up as expected.

Very quick confirmation on purchase but had to chase up for delivery date.

Which was not over long. Delivered by DPD which I consider the best courier.

Had I not had to chase up on date would have been 5/star as excellent product.

Will definitely use company again.

Simon the MD was understanding and offered a refund or alternative - in the end I chose a refund.
I was emailed a courier label and received a prompt refund
